I started out by going to the mine and gitting three pieces of coal. I plopped them down next to the smelter for easy access. After I reloaded the game the next day, there was 20~ish coal then. Next reload there was 50~ish. Today I loaded up the game, looked out the window, and it there was literally coal falling from the sky. I cant stop them.
