Royalty Copyright - 0% does this mean I will not receive money for my games?

Hello, I am new to selling games on itch, I am probably only going to use donations, and I noticed in the form I got the note that for treaty purposes I will receive Royalty Copyright - 0% ... this doesn't mean I will not get any of the royalties does it? I do not really understand what this is saying. Thank you!

EDIT: I am not a US resident so I put that "Do you own and or operate a business in the United States selling services, products, or merchandise?" as No... should this be yes since people from the US might be giving donations?

i do not know what you mean by copyright royalty it should not be in the tax  online forms and for the question about "Do you own and or operate a business in the United States selling services, products, or merchandise?" it should be no because you are not selling  anything or using your talents for money.

Thank you. The royalty thing comes under Part II in the tax form (W-8BEN-I) as point #10.

thats the treaty benefits you only fill that in if you are in these countrys: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-utl/Tax_Treaty_Table%203.pdf

I am in one of those countries haha
