Jam results not showing after voting deadline

I held a small gamejam from dec 19th-23rd, with a voting deadline on the 25th. There were 2 final entries and 6 ratings. Now well after the deadline, the results will not show, leaving only the message "The results are not available yet, come back later" on the "Results"-tab of the jam.

The jam was a public ranked jam, with the option "Hide submissions before end" checked, and the "Published" and "Unlisted" boxes checked for visibility.

Here's the jam link:

Some info that might contribute to troubleshooting (I don't know):

  1. When the deadline for submissions hit, I had forgotten to add rating categories. Also you're not allowed to add categories after voting has started. Therefore I dialed the deadline for submissions into the future, added the categories, and dialed the submission deadline back into the past.
  2. Before any of the rating-shenanigans, but after the submission deadline, I also added a game by link to the game page. The other submission was added within an extended deadline.
  3. Because of a request of uploading-issues, the deadline for submissions was extended by an hour AFTER it had already passed. No rating was possible in the time between the original deadline and the point in time the extending was done, as there were still no categories added.

This is my first time using itch.io to host a jam, as it seemed easy to use for small jams, but after some reading and searching I do not think this is supposed to happen, and I can't find any other case of this issue.

Hello,

Sorry for not getting back sooner. This is definitely not supposed to happen. I’ve manually recalculated the results for the jam while I look into why they weren’t automatically calculated when the jam was finished.

Thanks
