I purchased the game but for some reason it didn't give me the files and I sent an email to support but they haven't responded. So I don't know.

Hi! Thanks for your support. Itch.io handles all payments and they should give you access to our game, but they may be slow to respond over the holidays.

In the meantime you can try checking your library at the top right of the page. All games that you own should be downloadable from there.

There should be a download button at the top of Mannequin Academy project page:

That was the problem I had, I couldn't find the game in my library and it had no download button for the game after I purchased it. I did try to contact Itch.io support but they haven't responded yet but thank you for the advise.
