Help removing a game from my library

One week ago I sent an email to itch support about removing an unwanted game from my library,  but I haven't gotten a response yet. Should I wait longer or send another email? I don't want to be rude if they just have a lot of emails to go through and haven't gotten to mine yet.

If you received a reply with a ticket number, then your e-mail has been received, and they should get to it sooner or later. Reply here if it takes much longer, or if it becomes urgent. Thanks!
