How long should we expect for them to respond? I've sent a refund request about 5 days ago (ticket #70898) and have not heard back. It's making me nervous because I read somewhere that refunds should be requested within a week of purchase.
If you have a ticket number, it should be honored. Either way I've let an admin know. Good luck!
