I did purchase the new amongus version, but when I download the file, when the zip should be opened, windows removes the file and i am stucked. any idea whats wrong?

This sounds like an overprotective antivirus program.

Depending on what program you use, you could either whitelist the files that you don’t want to be affected, or change the settings of your antivirus program so that it asks you before performing any such actions.

Alternatively you could temporarily disable it, but that carries its own risks, so make sure you know what you are doing if you follow that path.
