The big problem is the app requires a user to turn off the guardian completely. You need to be in developer mode to do this, and most quest users don't have that set up. There's 100 other reasons why this probably won't reach quest store standards too ...
I do think there will be a lot of similar stuff once Facebook starts to hype their AR glasses coming next year. This mapper app is basically a hacky way to get a sneak peek of whay the future of VR/AR might look like, and a really neat place for me to experiment as an indie dev, but I suspect it'll get replaced by something way cooler eventually. The concept is really really cool.
I think it’s so cool this innovation you made. If you could add more cartridges that would be appreciated.Anyway to incorporate cartridges on a 2d scree too,like playing a retro type console ?
