Why My game Not appearing?

Hello everyone, I have a game

There's 1 file, first I upload 0.5

And the game is appears, but when I upload 0.6 It's not showing in search engine.

Please take a look at the Search & Browse FAQ and make sure your game meets all conditions.

I am following all rules, I don't know, maybe I forgot something.
