Thanks a lot! Your game was amazing, I'm glad you enjoyed my own little take on the theme ☀️

You are right, it definitely could have been improved by better sprites! It was my first time drawing my own sprites, I hope it will get better next times.
Thanks for your feedback 🙏

I especially liked the art and sound, it's well done! Simple concept, a pixel art Exit 8, but it works fine.

It wasn't clear at first that I had to cycle through many wagons to find the different one, I thought it would be one among the first 3.

Good job!

I would have loved to introduce two more phones at the end but I lacked time to do it! Thanks for your advice ✨

This is a very sweet and cute game, what a pleasure to discover such a gem inside a game jam!

It's heartwarming and so well done. Art is gorgeous, it's neither too short nor too long. I really enjoyed the fact that you made the gameplay evolve a little over this experience, it really adds something.

Definitely a favorite of mine for this year, bravo!

The collisions make the whole thing very difficult but very different from the ordinary "race against your ghost". I was surprised to keep trying again and again even if I was driving like if I was 100% drunk at each new try.

Something is fun here, good job!

Not the most surprising concept given the theme but it's a great example of what matters the most: execution. It's a well made game, that looks finished and well polished. And it's simply fun to play!

Perfectly does its job, congrats!

What

Thanks a lot! I'm curious to see what you created about the "routine" theme, I'll take a look soon.

I'm really glad that you enjoyed the ending, thanks for sharing this 🙏

It was expected to see some snake games with a "loop" theme but I never expected to play such a fun one!

I'm really not found of snake but your version is a delight. It's easy to understand, harder to master. Sprites look good and the project feels very polished overall.

I enjoyed quite a lot the fact that you have to loop around things to trigger the actions, instead of trying not to bite your own tail. It make the game deeply different from the original snake and make it way more fun imho.

While writing, I'm thinking that it could be a very decent base for a full game. With more levels and mechanics.

Bonus compliment: I love the cover artwork! It's perfect

A fantastic entry! This totally fits the theme and the concept has very interesting aspects. The powers you can add are all enjoyable to have and can work together, which is not common for a jam entry.

The pixel art looks great, the music is a good fit too. The overall level of polish and juice stands out. I love the art direction you are taking these days.

Keep going like this! Your content is always top-notch, and this game jam project is no exception.

This may be my winner entry right now. At least top 5.

I love the idea of being in an endless loop of regrets and that you have to break out of that loop to reach the end. To realize something important.

The art is great, so are the sounds. This is cute, short, funny.

I may have missed something but always crashed quite early into each run. Getting into orbit is hard and I don't exactly understand what I have to do.

The art remains beautiful, I wish I could have enjoyed it more.

I liked how clear and progressive was the tutorial. It gives us time to perfectly grasp all the little nuances of your gameplay.

Otherwise it's a cute and simple puzzle game. The character's animation is nice!

Good job 👍

I definitely had a blast with this one! The speed sensation is awesome, just pushing the car at full boost is fun.

Giving infinite boost at the end as a reward is a nice touch.

With these speed effects, I'm pretty sure there is a way to make a game a bit longer that could be very enjoyable.

Congrats!

Art and sounds work well here, I played with pleasure for quite some loops!

Pacing can be a bit slow. On multiple loops I wasn't in danger for a while but the enemies I had to shoot didn't spawn either.

The link with the theme isn't strong but I enjoyed playing your game 🙏

That hooked me for a few runs! The upgrade system works well, you have to think about killing enemies but you always have to think about killing them in the right order. That changes a lot and the gameplay is quite different from a traditional survivor-like. You are not really escaping enemies, you are dancing with them.

Well done!

Clever way of interpreting the theme here! That's quite a loop.

The art is quite cute and fits well with the choice of music. It's fun and relaxing at the same time.

Good job!

A very cute snake-like! The zoomie meter is a good idea and the effect it does is really well done.

Team pirates here but I don't judge. Thanks for your kind comment ✨

Thank you!

It can take a while to change a bad habit 😅 Thanks for enjoying the smashing!

I definitely recommend Candy Box 1 and Candy Box 2. To this day, they are still very fun and unique. A different take on the clicker theme.

Thanks for appreciating my take on the theme, that was the main focus of this project!

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

Very solid game jam submission. A clever puzzle game, well done. The fact that you can choose your level from the start is a nice touch, especially for a jam context!

It is a great sound of brushing indeed, thank you!

Thanks for sharing this ✨

That's what they call a "whale" I suppose! Thanks for your comment 🙏

How did you manage to create such an atmosphere in just four days? That’s incredible!

Quite shocking to see the quality of the ambiant work. Visuals, cinematics, sound, it looks and feels very polished. It definitely gave me Inscryption vibes, in the best possible way.

The gameplay wasn't my favorite part, but I definitely enjoyed diving into your experience. Congrats!

Well thought puzzle game, I had fun reaching the end in about 12mn. Moving with the orbital becomes natural faster than I would have thought!

I especially liked the work on the different puzzles. You didn't make bigger rooms, you made interesting variations of your concept instead. It's perfect for a game jam.

That's some really cool PSX vibes here! Loved the cinematic introduction.

It's too bad I got some very ugly freezes while punching (which is mandatory), it made the concept hard to play. I wanted to defeat Meat Man...

My best run was after buying the cool hat. Coincidence? I think not.

That's some very solid UI work here! Which is so important for a clicker game.

This looks fine and the train sounds became quite enjoyable for a while, there is definitely a sweet spot during the game where progressing feels very good.

Well, I know it's the only thing you didn't make but I love the soundtrack! Feels very cosy. It contrasts well with the spooky visuals and the two work well together.

About the game, it's a good start! Especially in only one day of work. I read that you plan to keep updating it and it's clearly a good idea. The base of the game is already enjoyable.

Good job!

Totally on point with the theme! At first it's interesting because it looks great and the juice is clearly there. Then you understand the mechanic and it becomes so good!

The leaderboard is a surprise inside game jam entry but it's a great add.

Is this a full release commercial game? It certainly does feel like it!

Outstanding entry, especially for a 4 days game jam. It's just so good and fun, incredible level of polish and juice.

The introduction is fun and clear, gameplay mechanics are well explained. I love the art and animations, love the music, everything.

The survivor territory is overcrowded and yet you made me captivated by another one. I would gladly pay money for a complete game with this concept and level of quality.

Huge congrats!

Thanks 🙏 Thematics were clearly the focus here, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for your feedback 🙏
