Hey! Thanks! I couldn’t figure out how to DM someone on itch.io (or at least not from my phone). I’ll try again when I get to my PC.
But if you can send me a Discord message, it’s zoemiranda. :)
Hey! Thanks for replying. Glad you liked the idea.
You don’t have to be fluent on more than one. Just one is enough to revise.
I am interested in adding more languages in the future, but not right now. Adding Italian is already giving me (and the translator) a lot of work.
Send me a message on discord so we can discuss the other topics.
Hi! I’m developing a big update for my Unity project called Milliopoly, which is a language quiz game.
It features English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Italian. I already have an Italian translator working on the game with me, but I’ve been overwhelmed with the other languages.
What I need help with is: The game is based on multiple-choice questions. I have tons of them and would like someone who speaks either English, Portuguese, Spanish, or French to check them and find typos, errors, ambiguities, etc.
One example of question is:
{ “questionString”: “She ____ to school every day.”, “correctAnswer”: “goes”, “options”: [ “go”, “goes”, “going”, “gone” ], “communicativeGoals”: [ “Routine” ], “enablingGoals”: [ “Present Simple” ], “explanationLocalization”: { “en”: “Use ‘goes’ with he/she/it in the present simple. Add -es to verbs ending in -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch, or -z.”, “it”: “Usa ‘goes’ con he/she/it al present simple. Aggiungi -es ai verbi che terminano in -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch o -z.”, “pt-BR”: “Use ‘goes’ com he/she/it no present simple. Adicione -es aos verbos terminados em -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch ou -z.”, “pt”: “Usa ‘goes’ com he/she/it no present simple. Adiciona -es aos verbos terminados em -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch ou -z.”, “es”: “Usa ‘goes’ con he/she/it en el present simple. Añade -es a los verbos terminados en -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch o -z.”, “fr”: “Utilisez ‘goes’ avec he/she/it au présent simple. Ajoutez -es aux verbes se terminant par -o, -ss, -sh, -x, -ch ou -z.” }, “imagePath”: “”, “language”: “English”, “level”: 1, “type”: “Grammar” }
Just so you know, I sometimes use AI to generate questions, but always revise them to make them more natural and guarantee they’re correct, and that’s exactly what I need help with.
For now, I can offer Milliopoly Steam keys and, obviously, crediting. You can revise at your own pace and stop whenever you want. Please, hit me up on Discord if you feel like helping. :) Discord: zoemiranda
Hi! I have an ongoing language-learning game project called Milliopoly. Besides translating the UI, I’d need someone to create new questions to assess grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, cultural knowledge, etc. for each language I add apart from the ones I speak.
It’s unfortunately an unpaid offer, but we could discuss some sort of shared revenue after I finish the next update this year.
If you’re interested, more information about the current state of the project here: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1822010/view/517473296253452292
I’ve added you on Discord!

Thanks!
That’s a good suggestion.
The thing is that I did pause the development for a while and am returning to it now. Pausing for longer would feel weird for me, especially because I know some of the things I want to add are necessary for the game. But I guess I don’t have much of a choice if I simply can’t do everything I want. xD
Thank you again!
Hi!
Thanks for your help.
I think you’re correct, but I’d probably need more columns for each option/, the correct answer/option, and other details.
I guess I could do that in a CSV file.
I was wondering if I should do it in a .JSON file or in Google Firebase Firestore, which someone suggested after I posted this. I’m still getting to know how it works.
Maybe a table would be more suitable, as you suggested. I’ll consider that.
Thank you again!
Edit: Now setting it to unpaid and focusing only on the visual part. Thanks everyone for your help.
Hi!
My name is Zoe (She/Her) and I’m currently developing a quiz-based language learning/practice game on Unity (C#). It’s already playable on Steam, with early access.
I’m mostly looking for people to talk to about the game and receive some guidance from.
MillioPoly features questions about grammar, vocabulary, culture, geography, and texts for reading comprehension in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. It also has some new modes that work on other skills and currently has more than 1500 questions in different difficulty levels and categories.
I like this project a lot, and I know it has good potential to become something nice, but it has a major problem.
It just doesn’t look good or beautiful. It is now a little better than what the Steam page shows, with more colors and some details here and there, but it’s still not great. Visuals are not one of my strengths and I can only (poorly) draw stickmen. I’ve been told I don’t have a good sense of visual design for things and I guess I have to believe that. I’d like some help with that, maybe from someone who can tell me a direction to follow, give me an idea, or even create a mascot, background, or something. What does the game need to improve its visuals? How can I improve it?
I believe most things I need help with can be solved through talking and maybe some screenshots or screen sharing to show the issues, but I also know that it requires your time and attention. I can’t pay anything right now since the game barely gives me any money, but I need some help with the art.

In return, I can translate from and into English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I can also give you a Steam key or two.
Hi, we are a team of 3 people (programmer, writer, and 2D artist) working on a visual novel and we are looking for a sound designer willing to help us for free or possible revshare. Our goal, for now, is to make a free demo, but we are planning to finish and commercially release the game in the future. For more details, add me on Discord: zoemiranda
Hello, my name is Zoe Miranda (she/her - they/them), I’m Brazilian. I have developed some games and I’m currently looking for people to create games with. I mostly use Unity, RPG Maker, GameMaker, and TyranoBuilder, but I’m also willing to use other engines. I can translate from and into English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I also know some French. I’m mainly looking for writers with ideas for games and 2D/3D artists. But any help is welcome, even from other programmers, since I’m a beginner. My discord is: zoemiranda
There are a few ways to do that. The way I would do: You should set up a common event checking the class and attributing a number to a variable, like this:
There are other ways, like in this thread: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/trying-to-get-the-class-id-of-a-party-member-and-store-it-in-a-variable.111861/
RPG Maker Web forums = the best place to ask this kind of question

Hi. I have developed some games, the largest being an RPG Maker game called Aurora - Hidden Colors. My work can be found in my profile. I can use Unity, RPG Maker MV/MZ, TyranoBuilder, GameMaker; C#, and GML, but willing to learn new programming languages. I can translate into English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I also know some French. I am also a writer/screenwriter and a musician. I am interested in both 2D and 3D small projects but I am most interested in developing Visual Novels for practicing. I’m up for creating new projects and joining existing ones. I also have some unfinished projects, big and small. Free/Hobby tasks are ok. My Discord is: zoemiranda (She/Her + They/Them)
