I would die for Gloomy. Very good entry! I really liked the boss fight at the end. The audio was also really really good!

Yeah I think I overtuned the sensitivity a bit! I'll try to tweak that once the jam is over! Thanks for playing though

I really liked your game! The physics led me to some interesting movements to get past some of the obstacles!

It's a little roguelike about spinning a combination lock

hi, just played and rated yours!

Woah that's even farther than I was able to make it lol! When I get to off screen numbers I tend to take the blindfold upgrade and just feel it out from there, but that's incredible! Great job! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!

Thank you so much! That's pretty much exactly what I was going for!

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed! I definitely think there's still room for work in terms of communicating to the player what is asked of them. Probably would help to ease the player into the mechanics with less friction. Thank you though!

Thank you so much for playing! I appreciate it!

Great entry! Well done!

Really impressive work to do this with no engine. The art also looks fantastic. I liked the gameplay a lot, very simple, but ramps up in difficulty gradually enough to keep up. Very enjoyable! Well done! Also I love the name!

Loved the art style! Controls were done just right to make it feel like my fault while also having to learn the momentum and control. The seeds collection definitely triggered my collect them all addiction lol. Well done!

Thank you! I appreciate that! I did not want it to be too difficult for players and wanted to give some grace because the mechanics can be confusion especially at later levels.

Music is definitely one of my weaker areas in terms of my development toolbox. I wanted things to come out more on the arcade side, but I think I leaned a bit too heavily into the repetition.

Regardless though, thank you for playing! I'll be making more updates after the ratings period has ended.

Thank you for playing! Yeah that's one of the pain points I ran into during my testing too, just ran out of time in the end to implement an elegant solution to continually displaying numbers for the user. I was kind of thinking things could get more chaotic and the numbers started appearing in random parts of the screen, but I did not get around to implementing that. I'll try to button that up after the ratings period has ended. Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for playing! The high school locker experience is exactly what I was going for. Especially in later levels when you need to unlock it, grab your stuff and run to your next class.

LOL, the math equations were a last minute addition. At first they were a bit too frequent in the later levels so I toned them down a bit, but I do think they are quite funny to experience when you get to them

Thanks so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I agree that the onboarding / tutorial could be better. I will take a closer look for that bug though as I'm sure there's stuff I missed while testing. I also think there's room for improvement with the communication of numbers when they get off screen. At the moment they kind of just keep going, there should be a proper success state should you make it that far.

Thanks so much for playing! Definitely good feedback! That was definitely something on my mind while I was writing the UI. I'll try to make an update after the submission period to refine it a bit

Thank you so much for playing!

Firstly, thanks for playing! I definitely want to add more accessibility options since I think the color scheme is a bit dark. I'll try to get some options in there for later builds to pick different color palettes. Maybe some for multiple types of color blindness as well.

This is a great entry! I had a bit of difficulty with some of the spikes and the controls at times, but overall it is a well put together experience. I quite enjoyed when the different colors were introduced to change gates and things. Good job getting quite a bit of mileage out of the concept. I think the digging was a bit forced though, had the purple blocks not been there, I don't think much would have changed. Overall well done!

Lovely engine! Thanks for all your work and for supporting it! I found out about it recently and used it to make this: https://zinja12.itch.io/tumbler

Excited to keep using it!

Thanks so much for playing! Very glad you enjoyed it! <3

Yeah I think there's room for better level design to more slowly introduce the mechanics so the player is not as confused. I appreciate you playing though! <3

This was awesome to play through! Very good work. I loved the art. I felt bad about the ghosts because they were so cute. Overall super enjoyed this experience!

I think I got softlocked the first time I went through the game. I think the controls are a bit of a blocker. The art and color palette are really nice though. Fits the vibe really well.

I like the idea of tying attacking to an existing action like jumping, really good call there!

Very nice! I liked the art style. I'd just say from a balancing perspective that I found myself running out of charges with no way to get them back, but that's the only real note I had. Good job!

I had to enlist the support of my wife to play this game, however we both really enjoyed it! It is always a surprise having a multiplayer game in a jam, but I'm really jazzed that this got made! Super cool concept in terms of the theme of getting shocked by the puck! Great job!

Wow this ended way too soon! This is incredible work. The sound design really tied the atmosphere together super well. Brilliant way to express anxiety by the choices moving too fast to click!

I really enjoyed the sound effects, the art style and the integration of the theme. Very clever to have everything designed around a newspaper too. Still working on breaking my high score of 423, but I've enjoyed each time I've come back to play! Well done!

The input remapping is goated! We need more games that provide that functionality. I did find it really difficult to get past the second flag. In truth, I never made it. The dash mechanic seems more like a float, but I could not quite piece together how to utilize it correctly to make it past flag 2. I think a benefit here would be a more gradual ramp up in terms of difficulty of obstacles in order to ease players into the more complicated uses of the dash.

Yeah that's definitely something I want to tune in later releases. The difficulty curve as well I think I can do better in terms of ramp up. The edges of platforms definitely were something I noticed, but just didn't have time to fix. I think I'll go back and just stop you from being able to walk off the edges. Hopefully that way it should be more clear to the player in terms of feedback!

Thanks for playing though!

Thanks for playing! <3

Yeah the platforming is definitely a bit punishing. I would have liked to spend more time tuning the difficulty curve as well because I feel like things ramp up a bit too quickly!

Wow this is so incredible and very well polished. Having two interpretations of the theme as well is also just top notch! The music was amazing, the art was polished and everything worked so well together! Very well done!

This definitely has good bones! I could see like a score attack road rash style stuff where you need to like avoid the police while also still running people down. I'm very impressed with the songs too, perfect vibe to drive to. I liked that the audio was spatial too where if you hit someone on the right side you heard them on the right side of the speakers. Scream was a bit loud, but I do think that added to the mood!

Only critique I have is just a bit loose on the theme, but it more than makes up for it in fun!

Please tell me you recorded the scream yourself ¬‿¬

Definitely see the vision! I'm a bit bad at the Undertale combat mechanics, but this was enjoyable to try to get through. I do think this is a bit loose in terms of its use of the "shock" theme. Or maybe I just missed how it was interpreted. Definitely would like to see more levels though!

I really appreciate feedback! I definitely agree that the thematic elements are more "creative" in terms of their liberties. Regardless though, thanks for playing!
