Can confirm, got a stack while entierly in noer in, so i guess monster semen is kind of unrelated, or monster semen may be the only way to get the initial stack and then it's whatever fills the meter or idk

Constitution increases Stamina and by that improves your general ability to perform in every basic aspect of the game, it means the more basic possibilities are available, the more impactful Constitution becomes. Sadly a lot of actions are gated behind other skills (like crafting behind SUR, stealth, theft and gate suprassing behind SCU and WIS). Thankfully, as far as i know, the WIS requirement for Begging got removed in one of the latest patches so we can use that to the advantage of CON. With more Constitution you are able to perform more actions during a half-day before sleep or until the game forces the time transition. Because the game has forced time transition there is a limit to how effective Constitution can be, you are just not able to spend all 300+ Stamina in a single half-day. The strongest benefit of CON is for sure the ability to fill all the stamima at an Inn no matter how much of it you have. As for your question, because of its nature of increasing Stamina, CON increases your performance in all activities. You have more efficiency in doing everything that the basic version of Lona can, like begging, working at an Inn(high constitution also improves your injury recovery from groping), traveling, plant gathering, clearing town contracts with hired companions e.t.c. Since you asked for my suggestion, as i already said, CON's strongest ability is being able to recover all Stamina at an Inn, therefore, when you are denied access to an Inn, CON feels miserable, your Stamina capacity is increased, but ability to restore it from Rest and Sleep remains the same, often i feel like CON has to rely on other stats too much to help with Stamina replenishment(while every other stat increases efficiency of basic interactions with the environment to get nutrition, which for CON doesn't exist(Prostitution is locked behind a trait so is not a basic interaction) which denies the power fantasy of 99 CON, so in my opinion i wish it was an inate feature of CON to increase the Stamina recovery from Rest and Sleep to match the growing numbers, my hottest take is gonna be that Rest should recover 20% of max stamina instead of flat 20 (20 at 100, 24 at 120, 30 at 150, 40 at 200 and so on). Additionally, CON may add increased Milk capacity before bursting for Hell mode and further, so you may accamulate more at once and can use all the lactation modifiers to your advantage so you are able to get 6 milk bags at once, which almost matches the price of Chease by itself since you likely lack SUR to craft it into Chease itself. It may also be combined with SUR for maximum profit on Chease. CON may also have its own cap after which it would allow you to give birth without knock out so you are able to recover and walk away without the change of a half-day, since the biggest problem of late-game births in the wilderness are ambushes after a birth knock out. In my opinion with changes like that CON will be much less reliant on Inns to restore the large Stamina pool it gives, and much more reliable in situations where you are forced out of Inns or Cities and have to live outside.
Had been thingking about doing a playthrough where i would rely mainly on CON for my economic game with no sex dmg or prostitution, i like the idea of having a big tank of Stamina and being able to do something with it. I'm trying to play around that at the moment but i fail to see strong economic benefits of CON compared to SUR and WIS. The increased Stamina cap feels good but it only feels meaningful after sleeping in an Inn and it doesn't increase the stamina i get from Rest and Sleep, tho the buff to injury regen feels amazing. Is there any economic activity in which CON shines except prostitution?
What keeps me playing LonaRPG is the survival aspect of the game. The game has unique expirience with the Health/Stamina/Hunger, Rest/Sleep mechanic, it is very fun to play around, especially because expirience gain is directly related to spending stamina which in combination allows to create your own gameplay loops of how you want to play the game and LonaRPG provides with that, there are a lot of ways to spend stamina and get food, you can kill stuff, beg, gather, prostitute, get a job, craft food and literally get infinite nutrition by combining Filth(MOD) and Omnivore trait which basically allows you to sustain indefinetly on your own vomit, usual food is still more convinient imo. I also like the stat system a lot, each stat affects different areas of gameplay which makes them feel meaningful and strong, you want both put a lot of points into a single stat because of how helpful it could be and split because of different benefits which adds strategic aspect to build making. Other thing is that you could have even 99 in all stats and Lona would still feel unchanged regarding her power level to the rest of the world, you could still get easily overwhelmed and die, it feels like Lona doesn't necessarily becomes stronger with levels but different and adapted. The other big thing is that in this game you can use downsides to your advantage, like the Slave Mark increases your weakness which helps to beg more successfully, though it has a hidden mechanic that forces some of your begging interactions to fail automatically so i don't use it for that purpose, though you can see that as a cheap and considerable increase to your chance of successful begging that is not reliable. Imo the main downside to LonaRPG, despite incredibly deep survival system, is that the game lacks content to play around, a big part of the game is combat and personally i would like to see more activities not revolving around it so much but also combat too. I would love to explore more builds and playstyles if it could be a thing in the future.
It seems like we are able to collect all the milk that goes into red below 0 at Hell mode once per sleeping. All you need to do is press your Basic Needs button at the exact moment when the dialogue windows closes after Lona comments on the state of her saturation after sleeping. Not sure whether it's intentional, but it is nice to have some grace period for the situations where i am not able to control my saturation to account for the next day's milk gain like sleeping in an Inn.
