Project Name: YVL’s nightmare jungle
Project Type: VR Horror Game
Hi! I’m looking for developers who want to help build a VR horror game with gorilla-style movement mechanics.
The game will use arm-swing locomotion, where players move by physically swinging their arms to climb, run, and interact with the environment. The goal is to create a very immersive horror experience where movement feels natural and intense in VR.
Game Idea:
Players explore dark and creepy environments while using their arms to move around the world. As they move through the map, they will encounter strange creatures, hidden areas, and scary events. The arm-swing movement will make chases and escapes feel more intense and physical.
What I currently have:
- The main game concept
- Some player models
- Ideas for maps and creatures
Looking for:
- VR programmers (especially with experience in arm-swing / gorilla-style movement)
- Animators
- 3D artists
- Anyone interested in helping build a horror VR experience
Goal:
To create a fun but scary VR game that focuses on movement, exploration, and suspense.
This is currently a collaboration / hobby project, but if the game becomes successful we can discuss revenue sharing.
If you're interested in joining the project or want more details, feel free to message me!
Looking for ages around 14-18
