Is there an English version of this? Even just the design has me intrigued, but I don't speak any other languages terribly well >.<

I have installed many different versions of the SDK and .NET runtimes and tried it again after each one and it continues to ask me for them. Unsure what to do at this point because I don't know how to convey to it that I have the necessarily things (trying again now though. maybe you the developer smiling on me will help)
