I just tried this game for the first time and it is pretty good! :-)

I like the characters, the story, the models, the sex scenes, the magic system, etc

Only a few things I find wrong or bad:

1) MC is too anti killing, to the point of being stupid about it!

ya know the trope in d&d where a character is evil-stupid?

Well the mc you guys have is pascifist-stupid.....

When the chancelor ignores the judges order and tries to have you all murdered while prisoners, that's a valid moral and legal reason to kill his ass!

When he tries to kill you with a dragon, again, that's a good reason to kill him!

When he sends soldier after you, with orders to kill, that's another valid reason to kill!

Have you not heard the quote about if you want peace prepare for war?

Or how about I paraphrase Jack in VtM: Bloodlines 1:
Never kill an innocent.

But if someone levels a shotgun at you, drain em, skin em and hang their skin on the wall as a decoration!

2) I read below a response you did to another persons complaint about the key puzzle and quicktime events....

I agree with them that the quicktime events are annoying!

However you have mitigated it somewhat by allowing the player to rewind and try again without hastle.

I read you will make these skippable in the future and I'm very glad that's the case.

The key puzzle on the other hand is INFURATING!

I spent a long time looks through that screen... probably about an hour!

I ONLY found the 3'rd key by using an maginfier program to go over the screen !

This almost caused me to quit the game! :-O

I suggest adding green highlight to the keys too, when the player has the walkthrough turned on!

 I'm confused about why the mc shoots himself to reset it though.... Seems self destructive.

I see nothing wrong with sprites for anything not an important action scene, like sex or combat.

I just tried this game for the first time and played thorugh it in a very short time.

I was rivited to see where the story went! :-)

Now I really want to see what happens next!

This is probably the only game I know of which uses full on eastern style combat effects.  It certainly leaves an impression! :-D

I know the bad route for your foster mother can have her being an escort, but that's NTS, not NTR.

What happened at the beginning which you are saying was threatened ntr?

I got this on the Summer Sale and finally got around to reading it.

When I got to the end of the first chapter, I was relaly happy to see the second was already out.

Then I got to the end of thisone and I'm sad I'll have to wait again for more. lol

Oh btw.  it would make it VASTLY easier to tell when a realease is out if you JUST use the .2, then .3 number system instead of having .2 version 7, .2 version 9, etc.

I just found this game and finished the current contant.
I really like the relaxed atmosphere and playful interactions.

The characters are also interesting, with the main story being kind of mysterious.

I hope you are all doing well and can keep producing it!
If buying adult games on itch was still a thing, I'd be purchasing this.. *sigh*

I wouldn't mind if it was just a cliffhanger....

But we know that guy is a clear and present danger!

I'm guessing the devs reason is to try to build more drama.... *sighs*

I recently found this game through another games recommended games, just like you list Astreon, Dawnfall and Dogma.

I think the story premise of the game is very interesting!
That said, I think your presentation is pretty bad!

1)  fast forwarding text without me pressing a button or having auto turned on:

This is immersion destroying and prevents me from being able to read the very text you are presenting unless I roll back over and over and over! :-E

It is extremely annoying every time I run into this!

You can't control the mechanical speed of the game!

Each person reads at a different rate and therefor full control of text progression needs to be solely in the hands of the player!

2)  Monologuing:

You start off the game with a long ass monologue and then the old guy says ok no more monologues....  then as soon as the MC is done their intro, you have a girl who IMMEDIATLY starts monologuing again!

The first rule of presentation in a video game is show, don't tell!

You would be vastly better served introducing all the stuff she said while doing a transitional slideshow showing where they are going when they travel and having each person she or he mentions, then showing up on screen when they are mentioned.

At least this way, the player gets a sense of what they are talking about and what the people look like, unlike right now where the intro is just a bunch of nonsensical rambling, which makes no sense until much later when we actually meet the other characters!

3)  Your pacing is often bad:

When the characters go from a scene where everyone is sitting or standing around and just talking, it's vastly better to have the next scene have movement or actions that are significant.

But for instance, you have the pool scene where you introduce the two girls being scheming bitches and then immediatly after goto the resteraunt scene where everyone is still just sitting around.

I know you changed the camera angles to try to add some sense of motion, but it'd be even better if scenes of non movement were followed by movement or change, as well as scenes of action being followed by scenes of rest... that sorta thing.

If you were to fix these above things, I believe your game would be vastly more enjoyable and I'd likely be able to keep my suspension of disbelief going!

I probably won't be back, since I've got a lot of other games to read, but if you make the above changes, I hope your game does gain popularity.... since it seems a story worth experiencing.

I mean anything is possible, but I never got the feeling that stuff about his mom was off.

Everything in this game seems very genuine, with developments being direct action, rather then hints at mystery or whatnot.

Feels more like a slice of life, then mystery sorta game.

And related to animation, the mouth movement shouldn't much matter.
Better to just have animation when it really matters, like someone touching the others cheek or pointing, holding them, etc.

download page lists only season 3  .15 and I d/l'ed it only an hour before I posted here.

I'm clearly using the current version.

I'm playing the Linux one, if it helps.

Edit: I tried re-d/l'ing it just in case you uploaded a new one and wow you did...

But you didn't change the version number or do a post saying you reuploaded it.

One or both of those things would be helpful, ya know.
