Lovely, thanks for playing!

I also wished I had spent some more time working on more advanced levels, but I feared I would make it too hard instead :D

Thank you! I tried to match the music to the Vice-City-like colour theme of the game :)

Cheers, thanks for playing!

True, "obstacles" were supposed to be more ambitious, e.g. "a road block" that a character has to avoid, "a beggar" he wants to avoid, "rainy weather" he wants to avoid, and thus change the direction he's walking.

But as game jams being game jams - I had to cut corners and now the "obstacle" lost its meaning 😅

Thanks for playing though, appreciate it!

Thanks, appreciate it! Glad you liked it :)

Thank you, appreciate it! Looking forward to working some more on this game idea :)

Thank you, appreciate it!

Nice idea, I enjoyed it a lot!

After plenty of attempts, I couldn't finish though. Was usually left with 1 or 2 parts to collect.

I really like it though, good job!

Always up for a good Vampire Survivors clone :)

I like the visuals, although it seemed a bit mysterious when I'm actually getting hit and what hits me.

Fun little game nonetheless, good job!

What do I do with the brick? Couldn't figure that out :)

Great concept, I really liked the risk vs reward mechanic!

Very polished and well made. I wished clusters of enemies were a bit easier to find though and it felt like there's very little challenge in approaching the enemies.

Very nice visuals! Looks like a ready-to-ship game, impressive!

That's a really neat concept and very well made! I couldn't get past 4th or 5th level, but that's just my skills :D

I loved it!

Well done!

I wish there was some more incentive for killing the stars, otherwise it gets quite repetitive very quickly.

Interesting concept nonetheless, good job!

Really nice game from such a simple concept.

I can't get past 2k score, it's a bit hard to master :D

I can't be an astronaut

I'm not worthy of the Rat King title, I could barely find 5 rats. I'm embarrassed and I'll see myself out.

Super cool concept and well done. Mechanics are spot on. Even though I don't play such games usually - this one was very enjoyable!

Interesting concept and spooky indeed!

I couldn't avoid dying though, I'll have to come back to finish properly :)

Thanks, appreciate it!

The rewinding comes into play at later levels, although you can still skip some of the levels without using the rewinding. I wish I could add a couple more levels that rely more on that mechanics!

I'm fairly sure I have just began the phase of turning my solar system into a black hole, because it just froze. Have I won the game? =]

I wish I took a zoomed-out screenshot.

I couldn't spend points fast enough buying the Vulcanic planets :D

Needless to say -  I love the concept and the physics breaking. I wish there was more content though!

Ohh, I haven't even seen that cog honestly! Thanks for pointing that out, I'll have to replay it then :)

Tetris meets Newspaper Publisher? Sign me up.

719 score, ain't that bad I think :D

I love the visuals. I wish there was a bit more challenge with the tasks, as usually I got them in without even trying. Super nice concept for a chill mobile game :)

Interesting idea! Why can't I collect money from more than 1 house? I built a nice big track to collect all the houses, but collected only one any way.

I want all the moneys!

Nice idea and really great visuals!

For me the yarn counter also behaved unpredictably though. Moving one block sometimes resulted in -2 and sometimes -1. I couldn't finish some of the levels because of that.

I had fun though, good job!

JUST OVERTAKE! He's right in front of you! Arghhhh! My boat is useless

I didn't win a single race :D cool concept nonetheless!

Very creative, but it was super confusing playing with a different layout than QWERTY :) maybe something to consider in the future. Good job nonetheless!

That took a dark turn really quickly!

Is there a "good" ending here hidden somewhere and I'm just a bad gamer? Or was my fate decided regardless of what I do? :D

(1 edit)

I liked the concept and I got the job. Am I a proper gamedev now?

BTW: I unpacked too many laptops that I care to admit before I realized this is not the point of the game :D

Thanks a ton for a constructive feedback! Appreciate it a lot and points taken. I also wished I had added more prominent grid, but oh well, the corners had to be cut somewhere =]

Cheers!

Agreed, movement was a bit of hurdle to understand. I would prefer WSAD + space for regular movement and maybe LMB + RMB for record/rewind? Or something else on the right hand to record/rewind.

I also had a really hard time understanding how recording and rewinding might help me get through this first gap. I tried recreating the short video, but I couldn't make any way. It seems like there would be a second jump mid-air, but it doesn't happen for me. I am clueless, but maybe that's just my platformer skills :)

Nonetheless, cool concept and I would love to see it polished! I loved the visuals too!

Nice concept, I like the idea of having to play the same level multiple times in a different way to complete it.

I just wished there were more levels to play, hope you will be able to add some more soon!

Thank you!

Indeed that's something I should've worked on a little bit more. I added the path-indicators last minute by the way. Without these, it was much worse :D

Thank you, appreciate it :)

I loved it. So creative concept and so well done. Level design was really clever too. I couldn't finish all the levels though, but that's a me-problem though :D

What a creative approach, awesome!

I liked the fact that I still got paid despite the fact that even I couldn't read what I wrote :D 10/10 would accept the money again

Delicious bugs...

Cool concept, addictive, good job!

I like the idea of a mega laser. It was a bit daunting being crashed by the robots and not being able to do anything about it. Just let me moooove would you :D

Apparently I can't type with one hand. I need someone to stir the pot for me, I can do the typing!

Fun concept. I wish I could go into gameplay right away skipping the tutorial. Other than that - good job! Always up for a good typing game :)

I did indeed manage to softlock myself pretty quickly, as I couldn't unlock the Jump after its timer ran out :D

Cool concept nonetheless, good job!

The anticipation was actually scarier than the final scene :D this could be a really good horror game if polished. Good job!

Nice idea with the time-ghost. I wished the range of the weapons was a bit bigger to reach the enemies easier. It was a bit hard to attack something without getting too close and being destroyed. Good job nonetheless!
