hi! What you're describing may be a bug I haven't encountered, but in an alleyway near the spawn location you should be able to find the glasses that help you progress!

yeah, that was definitely a fix that got put on the back burner due to time constraints haha. If I hadn't run out of time I think I would have set the camera positions further away and put the text on the top layer so it was easier to see but kept the visual style I was going for. Thank you for the feedback!

This game rocks! I love the challenge of not only quickly identifying the correct color but getting perfectly matched into the background! Feels very fun and intuitive to play, definitely a good time!

Interesting concept, I like the use of the 2D lighting system to show the radius of the enemies awareness. One of the later jumps took me a while to figure out as it's the first jump that requires the dash and seems to require you to dash right away and dash again after the cooldown, and I couldn't get past the enemy right after it. So good overall, the level design could use some tweaks though!

Thanks for the feeback! I definitely agree, if I were to continue with this project a more comprehnesive tutorial would probably be among the first tasks on the to-do list!

First of all - Stealy Willy is a hilarious name and I cackled. I love the aesthetics. Controls are tight, but the range of stealing and overall speed seems a tad too restrictive. If toned down just a tiny bit I think it would be in that perfect range of difficulty. Overall very good and very fun.

I like this game a lot. It's simple, but seems to still retain a lot of depth. The mechanic of being in the dark alerting all enemies to your position is very interesting, and I love the good level design of putting the collectable in the first instance of the dark. It incentivises the player to enter that area, subsequently teaching them the mechanic without saying much. The wall jump is interesting and was very fun to try and master. Love it, good work. Could use a life system so each mistake isn't an immediate game over.

Love the gameplay and the unique take on the stealth theme!

Holy guacamole batman! What a good game! I am pretty in love with it actually. It's tense, it's engaging, it's interesting., and it's fun! I could see it being improved by making the sub take damage if you crash into walls, as later into the game I abandoned stealth to zoom around and dodge stuff as it came up. So good though.

This game is so very fun. The vibes are so nice, the sound design so good. Makes me happy to play this, I could see it being further developed into a very fun full game. Great work!

Very fun game. Challenging but not in an unfair way. Very cute graphics and sound design and just overall a fun time.

This game is super cool. Having the quick-time event style button presses to stay disguised gives it a real tense atmosphere as you wait for the enemy to pass by. Very cool, I love it. As a side note, the UI design with the included little journal for the story and the links to the designers socials was a very nice touch!

This is just absolutely delightful. Would definitely download and play on my phone. The gameplay is fun, the sound design is amazing, and the art is just beautiful.

What a fun submission! The animations, sound design, and concept are super cool.

Very fun game. Engaging puzzle mechanic.

This game is delightful. The gameplay is easy to pick up and is super fun/addicting. The sound design is great! (very good cute pixeliated sneaky vibes) and overall just very good.

Thanks! The basic concept is using a very low resolution target texture on the main camera that is then displayed on a Screen Space - Overlay canvas! It was definitely a nice looking workaround to make my amatuer modelling skills look more stylistic and cool haha :)

Very cute, pretty fun! Good game!

I love the movement mechanic in this game. A bullet hell where you need to carefully think about where you are and where you're going to move and what is in between - it was very engaging. Didn't have much to do with the stealth theme. Sound design was good. Very fun to play!

I love this concept! I think it could be very fun with some more development.

Simple, but fun. Doesn't really fit the theme and doesn't seem to have a scoreboard.

Simple, but challening. The mines would be more useful if the bad guys walked around without needing to have line of sight on the player.

yooo, is that weezer

Was that the bite of 87???

(Love the game)

I love the Atari like style!

I had trouble after my first set of dice, although this was a cool concept! Like dicey dungeons mixed with fire emblem!

Hi! First time doing a Game Jam and realized I probably should have asked this earlier, but what type of content is allowed on Crayta? I've made a game with some horror/thriller elements (nothing graphic, mostly just atmosphere) and wanted to make sure that was okay!
