hi! What you're describing may be a bug I haven't encountered, but in an alleyway near the spawn location you should be able to find the glasses that help you progress!

yeah, that was definitely a fix that got put on the back burner due to time constraints haha. If I hadn't run out of time I think I would have set the camera positions further away and put the text on the top layer so it was easier to see but kept the visual style I was going for. Thank you for the feedback!
Interesting concept, I like the use of the 2D lighting system to show the radius of the enemies awareness. One of the later jumps took me a while to figure out as it's the first jump that requires the dash and seems to require you to dash right away and dash again after the cooldown, and I couldn't get past the enemy right after it. So good overall, the level design could use some tweaks though!
I like this game a lot. It's simple, but seems to still retain a lot of depth. The mechanic of being in the dark alerting all enemies to your position is very interesting, and I love the good level design of putting the collectable in the first instance of the dark. It incentivises the player to enter that area, subsequently teaching them the mechanic without saying much. The wall jump is interesting and was very fun to try and master. Love it, good work. Could use a life system so each mistake isn't an immediate game over.
Holy guacamole batman! What a good game! I am pretty in love with it actually. It's tense, it's engaging, it's interesting., and it's fun! I could see it being improved by making the sub take damage if you crash into walls, as later into the game I abandoned stealth to zoom around and dodge stuff as it came up. So good though.
This game is super cool. Having the quick-time event style button presses to stay disguised gives it a real tense atmosphere as you wait for the enemy to pass by. Very cool, I love it. As a side note, the UI design with the included little journal for the story and the links to the designers socials was a very nice touch!
