I really like the aesthetic you went for in this game. Really nailed that retro look and sound.

The shooting mechanic itself was a bit difficult to use. And the lack of movement made it difficult to avoid damage or get away when enemies gang up on you. With some tweaks this game could be really fun!

So well made and already feels like such a full game for such a short time. Well paced upgrade path.

Just wish there was a bit more to see, do and hear while drilling underground. Some sort of collection sound fx would have been great.

I can see this game becoming great if you keep working on it

Really Good!

Wow loved this one!
Very chill music, almost putting me into a flowstate solving these little puzzles.
Clever take on the theme and the puzzles were nice to play. It felt very satisfying when you find the perfect angle and all rings line up.
Sometimes theres randomly an extremely difficult level to solve, but thats okay cause you can skip freely.
Release this on app stores and i could see myself play a couple minutes everyday

5/5

Fun little puzzle game. Well designed puzzles, mechanics of each terminal get explained well through the game. It would have been nice if you could see what roads will be rotated with each terminal by highlighting them.
The customers getting grumpy when you take a while was a nice touch

Game looks and sounds amazing. I felt it was a bit difficult to understand how to play. The UI was a bit unclear.

Really cool game. I like the idea that you can upgrade the bullets in the revolver, very clever mechanic and really fun if you manage to fill it up with all sorts of bullet types. Nice music and visuals, overall really well made!

I gave it a couple good runs but died on the boss every time (got close though). The dash ability helps with survivability but i feel like the enemy projectiles move a bit too fast. Getting enemy projectiles in that sweet spot is difficult to balance but crucial.  Something i struggled with as well for our game.
The healthbar blocking a part of the screen made me get hit a couple of times cause i just couldn't see things.

Still very much enjoyed this game

The music put me on the edge of my seat when at higher speeds. Felts like some some James bond car chase scene.
Fun to do a couple tries beating your own scores.

Nice game! I quite liked the concept of having the different gun types randomly at a press of a button.

I did find that sometimes changing weapon type mid run, id be swapped to a much weaker combo, basically ending a good run.

The pixelated look is nice but can maybe be dialed back a smidge. Its  bit jarring on fullscreen.

Also creatures tend to creep up to you from behind and suddenly you are dead. Id say visually it can use some improvement in player feedback. So take damage, make me feel it.

The music is chill. and fits the kind of gameplay. SFX wise the bullet shots could have a bit more oomph to it but its not a deal breaker.

I think with more added variation

With a bit more variety in enemies i think this could be really addictive

Great idea and initiative. Thanks for giving others the opportunity to get more of a spotlight through your game <3
On top of that this also looks great and functions very well!

A multiplayer cooperative extraction wave defense, How did you do all this?!
Loving the quake/doom oldschool aesthetic!

Very chaotic fast paced platformer, i enjoyed it. The spin jumping mechanic was a bit confusing on how to use. The wallclimb idea when spinning was nice. i just wish it wouldn't lock your moving direction.

The Spelunky like ghost coming after you to chase you  at the end while you still try to reach the objective was a fun adition!

Well done!

CAT FOUND!!

everything looks to be working correctly now ^^

I thought i was playing a basic platformer until i realized i had to bake a cake :o A cooking platformer, what a fun idea!

I would suggest to be able to switch the different measuring cups with a button press instead of having to walk back. Even though that is a good moment to check the recipe, people with good memory can score a faster time.

Fun game!

Kept trying it a little bit and managed to get a better score :D  Difficulty definitely scales up a bit. Its fun how the balls form a bigger threat together and kind of drive you into the corner.  Glad i gave it another go. One thing i would suggest is adding a little bit of texture to the floor so you can better tell your own speed.

The beyblade battle works out cause the spin mechanic can be used to save yourself from falling off. But sometimes it gives a sudden burst of speed causing you to fall off.

some balls were particularly tough to kick off because they were spinning.

Enjoyable game even though im kinda bad at it :P

Thank you for this  feedback and your kind words! <3

We agreed with most of these points and went back in to tweak a bunch of sounds and other small things. Along with suggestion from many other playtesters.

I am honestly very happy with the result and hope you give the updated version another try :D

i like the pixel art. looks good.

the enemies corpses stay and block your attacks, is this intended?  Some enemy variety could be a nice addition

Very nice! i enjoyed this one. Nice level design.

got to 40 points before i realised that i wasn't scoring it just in time everytime. I believe you just can't lose at the moment, the timer runs out and nothing seems to happen.

Besides that i felt the design of the game was pretty nice. Visually and nice sfx. Some eerie ambient music would really sell the vibe.

Well done, i enjoyed this! :)

This game reminded me of Webbed. I had fun swinging around on my webs. I wish there was some sort of speed build up and momentum so you could really sling yourself through the level.

Overal very nicely done. Great pixel art, nice chill music. I liked it!

Pretty fun but difficult. the controls by dragging the mouse very difficult to be precise. So i found myself slamming into the walls the whole time. I think just using A and D or arrow keys to adjust the birds tilt would work way nicer.

The hook to keep getting better scores is definitely there

Thanks for your feedback. I'm really glad the mix of the 2 abilities and the cooldowns we're tuned in a way that you started using it that way. Cause that's exactly what i was trying to achieve :D Did you manage to beat all 10 waves :P I felt it may be a bit too challenging sometimes

Awesome art style. Love the pixel art, the 8 bit soundtrack, the animations, and the retro feel. The deflecting ability is very fun if you hit it right, especially against the later enemies that shoot big lines of bullets

Controls are a bit complicated to get the hang off but the gameplay is fun and feels great!

Very well done, loved this one!

i did not like being able to do the 1st battle because you have to grind in training first. I got myself a couple level ups and still got obliterated.

The spinning physics feel and control nice though, the bounciness of the walls etc. i would have liked to have a proper battle with it

Quite fun, fast paced and exciting.  Trying to improve my own time was a fun challenge while trying to get the gold medals

Maybe consider adding a left hand turn so you don't have to wait the full circle to make the lefthand turn

Funny game, i liked the meatspin battles the most. Love the song, i hope I wont be singing ''spiiiin your meat'' to myself the coming days

I really like the pixel art! Very nice :)

I really enjoyed this one! Looks great, sounds great and fits very well, and definitely fun!

Some things I noticed: I felt like sometimes when I use the spin to attack, it didn't work very well, especially if I was alrd holding down two directional keys, and one time I got clipped out of the arena. Maybe something to look into that's being a tiny bit buggy. Also the contract gets cut off at the top/bottom on an ultra wide full screen monitor.

Overall, loved it! Good job!

Not what i expected at all when i clicked into it, great idea. quick and fun.  Maybe  a bit too easy.

I enjoyed this quite alot! Smashing through the boxes and collecting the fruits while rushing through the level reminded me of crash bandicoot.

What i enjoyed:

- the music changing based of movement speed was a really nice touch

- launching into the level from you hamster wheel is fun

- fast paced

- nice visuals and sfx

what i would fix:

- tweak the level design a bit. I could only finish the level by building up speed and skipping the 1st platform and jumping to the end.

- recovering when you fall down was kind of difficult, the wheel kept bouncing me back down

- mouse sensitivity seems a bit high

Overall:

Quite enjoyable experience. You really got something fun here! :D

Game looks visually pleasing, particle effects around the wheel are quite nice. And feedback to the player on actions are good. Controls are clear and easy to understand

one  BIG oversight in my opinion is that the default language for this game is Russian. I almost clicked off of it before i could find the switch language button. I'd suggest to fix that before you can't anymore.

Feedback:

-  more sound effects for the highest scoring part of the wheel.

- once you figure out the timing the game gets quite easy. i feel its more fun if the wheel kept spinning at a decent speed and you have to time the stop. Instead of it just doing 1 spin.

Actually quite enjoyed this, despite not being able to finish the tutorial. I gave it a solid amount of tries as well.
I like the visuals, the music, the SFX are all great. Controls are clear to me, just not precise enough. I think its too easy too give too much power to your shot causing your golfball/planet to go offscreen.

some things to fix:

- full screen doesnt full screen

- tweak controls a little bit

- golfball/planet starts to move as soon as you click to aim. (the sun starts to pull it as soon as i click. Should be on mousebutton release i suppose?)

Overall, quite enjoyed it. Chill vibe. Would totally play some more (after some updates)

I can see the idea you went for. A spaceship system manager on a timer for your delivery, and spinning the wheel to switch rooms. It has potential for a fun gameplay loop, but the visuals make it difficult to understand whats going on. The music being too busy, made play it on mute. Some more explanation on what the player is expected to do
would help a lot.

Don't get discouraged from my feedback though,  as this is already impressive for 7 days of work.

Great job in submitting your project in time!

Hey you MADE something. That already is something to be very proud of! :)

Pretty enjoyable game, i liked the progression system of it with upgrades and returning to base to do.

Feedback:

- A "prize'' wheel, not giving rewards but difficulty increases feels unsatisfying. Like being punished for finishing the round.
- More water sources to fill up would be nice
- It feels like the fuel tank starts of a bit too small. Some number tweaking will make this game feel a lot more satisfying i believe

Bug i found:

- first run its toggle space to spin. After losing once its hold space to spin for the rest of the runs.

What exactly wasnt working with the shooting? Just to be clear. you can ONLY shoot bullets you collected from enemies.  You shoot at  where you aim with your mouse, not from the front of the ship. If you could be more detailed on what wasn't working i'll do my best to push out a fix in time!! :)

Game idea is fun, i could imagine myself playing something like this on a phone to kill some time waiting for the bus. But i also feel like it needed some more time in the oven.

Some audio would have really added to the experience.
The patterns the game gives you sometimes are very difficult / impossible to defend against

I found some things that didn't work:
- I had characterhealth drop below 0 and could continue to play.
- Highscore is not tracked
- no way to close the game from in game?

Overall i wanna say well done and keep it up! :D

Just submitted ours. It's called space spinners. Would love to see it featured in a video :)

Tqvm! Wait till you see what we've added in the coming update it plays even better now :3
