Hahaha very unexpected! Well done!

Interesting, but like many others said the wall jump is incredibly jank and frustrating to use

How does this game have so few ratings! Fantastic little sokoban game!

Very cute, cozy game!

Not sure if this was intentional but the voice acting cracked me up a lot haha

Short but sweet!

Really fun once you get the hang of it!

Great atmosphere!

Really impressed by the number of systems in this one!

The puzzles have an interesting flow to them; really remind me of old PC adventure games. Nice work!

I was suprised on how many different types of doors were really in there! Fun game.

....Am I missing something here? My character doesn't jump high enough to clear the second gap in the first level.

The opening movie made me laugh out loud. Kind of a mess like the description says but it has a really good sense of humor about it.

I've played a lot of games where the connection to the theme is tenous at best, but weirdly this top down shooter kind of nails it. Fun stuff.

Love the aesthetic of this game! Takes a bit of time to orient yourself within it but I personally I thought the small dialogue hints were enough to imply what was going on.

A game where it is greater than the sum of its parts. Everything fits together very nicely!

Doesn't run...

This is a really funny interpretation of the theme, but still nails it right on. Needs a tad less recoil but is otherwise a really fun couple of minutes!

I love the aesthetics of this game a lot, very readable despite being very claustrophobic in terms of spaces. Died a lot but had fun!

Controls are a *tad* loose but otherwise a neat little platformer!

The dialogue between guests was a verrryy last minute inclusion from us, basically  all written in the final hours. Glad to see that people enjoyed it!

Immediately after picking up entry 3 off of the desk, there is a an area with 3 narrow paths going across a gap. On all 3 paths I would sink through the floor into the abyss.

This game is neat but really stressful haha. Great work on level design.

Joining the chorus of "please make the spikes more visible" haha

Really innovative idea!

The cliffhanger got me!

Great atmosphere

I love finding "browser game I played in the middle school computer lab" type games. Neat!

Cool aesthetic, however I didn't quite get as far as I wanted due to a weird bug where I kept clipping thru the floor in one of levels where the lighting was bugged (after like 7 tries I gave up).

Minor nitpick, but was this manually or machine translated? I got minorly hung up on the Japanese VO's bizarre constant tone switching, from the very casual jibbing of a friend to the highly technical and honorific speaking of a machine. I think 99% of players won't notice this though, just my personal gripe haha.

I'd love to come back to this game once the bugs are bit more ironed out! It's a great start.

This is a very hard thing to pull off, but I think you nailed it! I loved reading all the different endings.

The continuity disconnect of coming out of a room to spawn at the left end of a hallway is a bit rough, but I eventually I realized it actually helps me move around the hotel faster haha

I think the timers are a bit too aggressive, you can hardly make more than a few orders before losing, which doesn't feel very satisfying. Not a bad gameplay loop however.

Because you spawn in a somewhat random location after coming out of a door, sometimes you would be surrounded by several enemies, which was annoying, especially when you didn't locate your new positon right away. Maybe give the player some i-frames or increase the visual clarity of where the player spawns after going through a door.

Also, as others have pointed out going to the main menu induces some pretty nasty bugs.

Still, a pretty fun game!

Right when it gets going it ends! Fun little concept though!

Nice fun little puzzler!

Thanks! Always love to hear about the different strategies people use playing the game. If it gets enough love in the jam maybe we will put a bit more effort into it, but for now we are really tired haha

Ouchie my fingers haha

I did!

There are a decent amount of door based puzzle platformers in this jam but this one has the most puzzles by far! Great game.

Recommendation to anyone here: Highly recommend you play in fullscreen

Really well done!
