Yes, it's simple. And sometimes not obvious (right runes lead to gameover). But for a 3-hour game, it feels solid and more or less complete. Unfortunatelly, the gameplay is a bit boring, so I can't rate it high. But it's truth for most of the games here. So, I think, if I pressed "start" over 10 times and rated overall with 3/5, it's a success for a 3-hour game.
No challenge. Clicking until the end of time.
Art is good)
And while I played, I got an idea: mix it with "wolf-goat-cabbage". You get some items: ABCD. Planets 1 and 2 need A and B. But if you deliver A to planet 1, something catastrophic will happen. And you have no enough fuel to deliver A to planet 2. So you have to deliver C to planet 6 first) Something like this)
A very simple maze game. I felt no challenge. The art is nice though.
The picture in my browser is cut, so I haven't seen the whole island. So I'm not sure the island is obscure enough for proper prompt utilization)
Anyways, for a first game made for three days - it's a very good job. Especially if you made it all by yourself.
I am Russian. So, when I say "good job", it's not a regular polite bullshit)
I added upgrades just before deadline. And upgrades are necessary, you can't continue without them. So, the balance is totally broken.
If you want, you can try again and pick only two upgrades: poison and size (or speed). Don't pick fish speed. In this case, the game is more looks like what it should be.
Thanks! You know, A little more game and level design, and it could be much better. For example, make it vice versa, You see "bug" visual and should guess the "real" structure. Because it's almost impossible to find a door when it's invisible and can be anywhere.
I tried to cooperate with other people, but in the end another people helped me with generating art and writing a piece of code. I counted on initial teammates who did nothing but finding assets, even didn't replace my cubes and spheres with these assets. So, the music was left behind, while the music assets are still in the source.
