thanks for the positive feedback but yeah once the jam is over, I'm going to change it to be separate buttons

It's not bugged, just bad controls on our part. The way it works is if you click and hold on the faces in the purple boxes, it will let you pick them up after a 10ms, and then the flipping is there because it will be needed for future levels but probably should have just separated the inputs to make it easier to pick. Thanks for giving it a go anyway
That does sound like a good soluton Yeah its crazy what you don't think of until people actually play it. In my project, people are getting stuck on the first level because I decided to put both the flipping and click and drag on the same mouse button.
Turns out its not intuitive to click wait a second then drag. I totally forgot there were 3 buttons on the mouse I could use lol guess thats the whole point of the jam
Hey guys cool idea. I got to level two. I think there may be a bug that happens after you step off the moving horizontal platform happened to me twice while trying to get through the level I was on the platform above the moving platform on the right side and then randomly my player got thrown to the side. I managed to get the cube to the end of that level and it let me drop down but then the platform wouldn't go up. Is there something I missed? In general, I like the art style and vibe but a wider fov would be really nice and maybe more forgiving logic on the cube it was kind of frustrating having to go all the way back to the start, especially both times I got thrown off for no reason
Thank you for the feedback. The comment about the size actually helped me solve the issue with my web build not building. It was due to the background images not being compressed at all, and there are over 100 images used in total so compressed those and now issue is sorted, so thank you, kind sir. The way I intended the game to work was that a click and hold would be a grab, and just a click would flip the block. I tested it again on the web and Windows version, and it seems to work for me, but it may be something to do with how different mice handle the start of inputs
Really Beautiful and nice vibe but the controls could be better feels a bit too punishing when jumping on and off ledges, and I didn't realise the cone was throwable until I read a review below so another input prompt would have been nice and I also had to cheese the last level I wasn't too sure what to do with the arrow guy so I just spammed dash into the gate until I cleared it
