Thanks for the kind words! I do plan to continue working on the project since I found quite interesting mixing metroidvania elements in a horror cenario, but for now im gonna put it away for some weeks to recover from the slight burn out I got from it lol

Really liked the atmosphere and right at the beginning got me wanting to learn about the eye people, unfortunately the game seemed to crash after killing the second intruder so thats where my run finished, but really cool concept

Im gonna try to import the model in blender and reexport it as a .glb for now, if I dont come back here I guess the next reader can consider it as the best solution lol

besides, dope asset, awesome texturing and animations, the bounds is not really a problem that affects the asset, its just a developer experience problem some may have inside godot

I might be missing something but when importing to godot the fbx is really fucking big for no apparent reason

1 - Cobblestone textures, can be useful for castles and old buildings 2 - Nature billborads, like the mountains or forests on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, I use a lot of that on my games as boundaries, but they are kinda hard to craft/find

AFAIK, the 3-hour is the rule if you want your game to be judged and rated into the games, but you can use 3 days to make a non participang game

the price is reasonable, and your assets are awesome, I simply don’t agree with placing a CC-BY license (that makes crediting mandatory) or something that the user paid.

I follow a simple philosophy where, I already provided you value with the 5 bucks, and you provided me value with the assets. Sure, that crediting is a small thing, but not every developer likes it.

I think that CC0 goes well with paid assets

5 dollars for a CC-BY is quite harsh IMO

Questioning cause I maintain a small collection of free/paid CC0 assets
