Beautiful...just beautiful!

The speeds you can have to lil dude launch at is crazy lol. Fun and simple concept. Nice implementation of the theme as well. Good entry to the jam :)

Really loved the visuals of the game and a great implementation of the theme! J Jonah Juniper was hella cute lol! Overall, a great entry. Congrats, guys!!

Was very intrigued from the get-go because of the title lol. It was a little difficult to see exactly where the projectiles but it was pretty fun! Great job, guys!

The game's really cute. The art is fun. Congrats on finishing your first project! Hope you get to do many more :)

Fun take on the theme. Crossed 1 palm tree and then died lol. It's a foddian for sure!!

Fun idea! Very cute artstyle. A very nice implementation of the theme. Great job overall!!

Loved the implementation of the theme! The artstyle and effects fit very well!! Very nice level design but it could've been less punishing lol. Overall, great idea and execution!!

Really loved the implementation of the theme! Loved the quirky fish designs. Overall, a fun game with a very cute artstyle!! Great job, guys!!

Really loved the implementation of art of the game! It's crazy that you pulled this off in three days!!  Very juicy and super polished! Fun bosses and simple controls. Nice work!!

Really loved the game! The game's humor is right up my alley!! A great implementation of the theme. One of the best games I've played so far. Truly a masterpiece!!

Glad you enjoyed the game!❤️

Hey there, Luanico, glad you liked the game! The initial idea was to have something to do with the previous level once you got out of it. However, because of the complexity of the level design it would require and the time frame of the jam did not match up. We will try to get on that mechanic once the jam is done😊

Hey, if you're still doing this...Here's our submission!

Great implementation of the theme! This feels like a retro predecessor of Patrick's Parabox. Great level design throughout!

A really fun idea! Considering the player and camera as separate entities is a nice touch. Wish there was more gameplay implementation with the camera and the player. Really nice level design as well! Enjoyed the submission thoroughly!❤️

That's... one way to interpret the theme😂! Literally popping your brain out was not one of the ideas that I would have come up with lol. The gameplay is really cool and seems speedrunable because of the fast-paced nature. All in all, really loved the game, great entry! 😊

A really smart implementation of the theme! Loved the simple yet hard-to-master approach to the gameplay.❤️

Really loved the audio design in the game! Props to the voice actors and the sound designer. The constructive criticism I wanted to give has already been mentioned in the earlier comments, so I'm gonna refrain from adding the same thing again!(it's the combat system's risk-reward, and the attack times)

Loved the 2D and 3D implementation but wished that there was more gameplay in the 2D side of the game. Right now it's a glorified level select scene. But still a good submission for the game jam, had fun playing it!❤️

A great implementation of the theme! Really loved the level design and minimalistic nature of the game. Could've introduced the laser obstacle a little earlier to have gameplay variation as not a lot of people will play the submissions for that long. But all in all, a really strong contender...Loved it!😊

Thanks a lot for the compliments, voveostudios! We initially had something planned with the nested structure where you had to use the previous level as a component to get to the next level but once we started making the level design, our brains were cooked enough not to go with that plan. This will definitely be a mechanic that we'll work on later.

P.S. Thanks for reporting the bug, will add it to our list and fix it once the voting is done😊
