For clarification:

Genetic theme : Player is fighting against bio engineered giant flies in a contaminated area to research on their behavior.

Chain reactions:

one fly dies → nearby flies react → reactions create new situation and threats → higher scores help meet the game's survival requirement for each minute → repeat

For example, blue fly will react to its neighbor bugs death by speeding at player direction without caring if other flies are in its way. This results in higher score. Player keeps using this chain reaction to quickly secure minimum score required every minute.

A precision platformer.

Making variants of obstacles. Each takes one bullet to be cleared off the path.
