Thanks!! When I read your submission, I was glad to see the condor there too ;)

I will now forever shout "Ninja Vanish" whenever I try to be subtle. Had a great laugh, this is straight to the point. Really good job.

Cool and focused art direction. You've managed to blend hockey references in a Kurosawa-inspired adventure; this is quite the achievement! Illustrations and maps are pretty beautiful, and the adventure is quite interesting to run either as part of a campaign or a heavily stylised one-shot.

I do have to say the layout is a bit all over the place and inconsistent for my taste. Some rooms and monsters' descriptions spill over to the next page, item descriptions aren't contained in the right column and end up mixed with the names, and at some point, the whole layout switches from two columns to a single one. I feel it detracts from the entire adventure, which, in itself, is pretty good without all this noise.

I appreciated this supplement.  Vibe and inspiration are clear and well-thought-out. Arts really brings you in and shows the clear direction where this module is going.

As for usability, I feel key components are missing, even when excluded by choice (e.g., DCs, recommended party level, etc.). I also feel the density of text, coupled with the smaller font size and color scheme, makes it harder on the eyes than it should be. I also have to add that if I were to print this supplement, I wouldn't know how to fold it to create a booklet following the format it was created for, particularly for pages 7 to 16.

Still, a good entry that shows skills, imagination, and creative direction.

Cool adventure!

My only comment that is not a criteria per se: I wish the party could side with Druin and his fire crew. It feels a bit railroady to suppose players will automatically chose to save the princess ;)

Sadly, no file to downlad

Thank you for your kind words! I'm happy you like my work :)

Well designed, a strong theme and excellent layout.  I like this!

I have to admit Frosbite was a condition for a while, but since there are no conditions in Shadowdark, I removed and favored a direct approach with cold and blizzard.

I might rethink this in the future.  Thanks for your comment!

I didn't know both-sides printings were eligible!

I like the general layout, but I don't see myself using this at my table.  Also, isn't the jam limited to 8-pages submissions?

Good product!   One thing, though, I feel putting the beastman with the alchemist cookbook in the first chamber of the dungeon feels a bit anticlimactic, since the main rumors the players get is about the missing alchemist.  I feel like the "main" objective of the dungeon can be cleared very quickly, without giving any insentive to continue exploring further.

I loved the mapping!

I enjoyed reading this and might use it at my table.  Congrats!

As mentioned by others, formating needs work.  Also, while reading this I felt there were great ideas in this document that needed a bit more reflexion.

Great ideas and propositions, but I feel both classes would benefits from playtesting and a bit of fine tuning.

The Champion ability to use all weapons is a bit strong.  Maybe the could be able to use all melee weapons and crossbow as a range options?

As for the Martial Artist, I feel they should have a way to improve their AC.  Right now, with a lucky Stat roll, their max AC is 14.  Since they can't wear armor and they only a 1d6 HP, it doesn't bode well for them in fights.

Overall, great ideas, but a bit rough on the edges.  Good work and I hope you continue creating!

Thanks!  It was exactly my intention!

Ooouh!  I will go read that asap

Don't we all? ;)

Thanks for the input and advice, I really appreciate!

It is intended that anybody stuck into a blizzard must roll the CON check, even when wearing a snowsuit.  I will clarify the rules once the jam is over.

Again, thanks a lot for your comments :D

Thanks for your answer, this is exactly what I was looking for! :D

Hello there!

This is my first jam ever so I'm not really familiar with the rules and all.

Once a project is submitted, is it okay to update it?  If I want to correct a few typos, for example?

Also, can we submit more than one project?

Thanks!
