Responsibilities

• Regular Posting: Executing content publication according to a set schedule
• Subreddit Research: Finding and analyzing relevant subreddits for specific art or GIFs (coordinating what to post and where)
• Safety & Compliance: Managing accounts without triggering shadowbans, skillfully navigating filters, and strictly adhering to community rules
• Distribution Focus: Selecting materials for publication (art, texts, GIFs from our project’s archive). Your task is to place them correctly and on time

Who We Are Looking For

• Reddit Expertise: You must understand "karma," how Automod works, and the common reasons why posts get removed
• NSFW Niche Knowledge: Experience with 18+ content is a huge plus (knowledge of NSFW subreddit specifics)
• Autonomy: We need someone who doesn't need reminders about posting dates
• Attention to Detail: The ability to read and follow the specific rules of each subreddit before posting
• Russian Language Proficiency: Ideally, the candidate should be able to communicate in Russian, as part of our team is Russian-speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Promotional Design: Create high-impact release covers, platform banners, and specialized artwork for events and holidays
• SMM Visuals: Design assets for social media posts, announcements, and community polls
• Design Adaptation: Resize and reformat materials for various platforms and specifications
• Asset Management: Refine, evolve, and repurpose existing game assets into fresh marketing materials
• Team Support: Design internal documents and team-related materials as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Native or fluent Russian (the primary language for internal communication)
