Someone awhile ago mentioned the idea of having custom skins/themes, it's something I have on my personal to-do/idea list so it might be added in a future update!

Added to my list of potential additions, this would require a revamp to the multiplayer scoring system, but I imagine it could be achieved by adding an option for a point-based scoring mode for 3+ players with the number of points given to each player depending on whether they were 1st, 2nd, etc to clear a jar (similar to Mario Kart's scoring system)

This is now in the game as of update v1.3.1!

This is now in the game as of update v1.3.1!

Can do for the next update 👍

The "All use the same & START" button thing should be fixed in the next update,  however I'm unable to replicate the second issue. Could you possibly send a video of the bug occurring, including leading up to the moment it happens so I can identify the cause?

Added to my to-do list, depending how easy this is (which I can't imagine it isn't) this may be added in the next update!

I just remade them based of the nes sprites, using a video as a reference

I'd rather you didn't but you can if you want, and if you do I'd appreciate adding a "scratch edition" subtitle or something to differentiate it from this version

Ah, I initially thought you meant the game wasn't saving any data at all, but you mean the ability to save/restore scores between levels in classic mode (with score keep on), right? That isn't in the game, but I could consider adding a quick save/continue option for classic w/ score keep

If the disclaimer isn't showing then saving should be working, it's done automatically. If you go into the highscores page via the main menu do any scores show up for any game modes? If you try changing some settings (e.g. volume), does it remain after restarting the game?

I'll consider this for a future update, it probably wouldn't be too difficult to add

The game already has saving/loading data, so I don't know why it isn't working for you. Which platform are you on, and does the disclaimer pop-up appear before the main menu every time you play the game?

I would absolutely love to have a switch port but it's very unlikely. I know that there's a version of Godot that allows exporting to Switch as homebrew, but it's an older version of Godot and lacks C# support, so unless it's ever updated to support Godot 4 and C# (which I imagine is a lot of work) it probably won't happen. That said, since it's possible to get Android or Linux running on the switch you could probably play it that way, though it wouldn't be as convenient as a native port.

Thank you, although a Discord server for the game would be nice, I have no experience running a public server and the thought of having to constantly engage and moderate it or somehow get reliable moderators feels overwhelming and not something I want to do, sorry

I'm considering adding a Dr. Luigi mode for a potential update!

Works fine for me, make sure you press the button above the "v.1.1.1 - Android" text, not the one below it

I've added a zoom-in setting to the latest update!

It's now been added to the latest update!

Bricks have been added to the latest update!

Thank you, video filters would be a nice option to have though I don't have much experience with them, I'll add them to my list of update ideas though!

Someone else asked about this in another post, it would require a bit of work to the current UI but I've put it onto my list of potential update features

Thanks, this will be added in the next update!

I won't be moving the game, but I'd be happy to upload the game elsewhere in addition to here

You can choose which colours to use before starting a classic-mode game and you can override custom level colours in settings, perhaps another colour combo would make them easier to differentiate?

That's just how it is, but I could add an option to zoom in for the next update

Thanks, I just tried a test build on my phone that allows the game to use portrait mode and it kinda works, but the UI would definitely need some work (especially during the actual game since the jar is tiny and there's lots of wasted ui space). I'll add this to my list of potential update features!

Yes, this will be added in the next update!

I had the idea of adding solid blocks into the editor awhile ago, I'll add them and bricks to my list of update ideas!

Did you download this version?

Just uploaded version 1.0.2, it should be fixed now!

(the bug was because of a single wrong variable 😭)

I made a community post on YT, I am Toadfan

I considered this earlier in development but never implemented it because I thought the chances of fully removing all of a certain colour (viruses and pill segments) was low, but I could potentially add a setting for this in a future update. If I were to add this, do you think when all viruses of a certain colour are killed, each remaining pill segment of the same colour should auto-vanish along with them, or should they stay and the smart RNG only kicks in once every pill of that colour gets eliminated in addition to the viruses?

Thanks, I've uploaded a second Windows build that uses OpenGL, please let me know if it works

Hi, so glad to get off YouTube since my messages won't get shadow-deleted here... If you go into Windows Explorer and put "%AppData%" into the address bar it should take you to the AppData folder. From there, go to Roaming/DrMarioMania/logs and any log files should be there

Please use the link above to report any bugs! If you can't use GitHub for whatever reason, please leave a comment here

I've just released version 1.0.1 which should have this fixed!
