I'm responding just as a consumer and an occasional Patreon supporter - I think it's a great idea. Just make sure that the Hollow/MGUniverse  still exists. I'll be more than happy to see new projects by other fans.

I'm absolutely interested in reading them and I definitely will. I read everything you released till the end of August 2024.

But I can't afford to support you every month, so I decided that I'll become a month Patreon when you release new Hollow update. I'm all for the short stories and I genuinely liked all of them except for the Blind Date (tough topic), but Hollow is why I started to follow you - and your best and most important project.

Hopefully it will be very soon.

I'll become a patron again when the new Hollow chapter is released. It's your best work and it's sad it doesn't get as much love as your other franchises...

Some of my views after finishing the new version of the first chapter:

1) I'm not sure whether I should have read the character sheets at the main page of the game... there seems to be a major spoiler about "Tom"...

2) To the sprites - I like them, but in the scenes in which the characters sit by the table it seemed weird that they were suddenly standing when they talked.

3) When Gabe sees Chase in the bar, he calls him a man instead of boy. It doesn't feel right, Chase isn't that old. :)

4) Favourite sprite: angry Nix with raised brow.

5) I still love the "How do you eat a clockwork orange" line, it's so funny. :D

I love what Ty does for Nix in the chapter 2, it made me cry a little. And I'm so happy you didn't sprite out the scene with Chase, those some of your best CGs ever.

Thank you for the update - you have no idea how long this wait was - and I really, REALLY hope that now when you changed the style to be less time consuming, Hollow will become updated much more frequently. It's without the doubt your best VN and I've played all of them (I was a patron), so I know for sure.

Hi. I just started to play this game and I must ask - is there a chance the characters will stop swallowing before everything they say in the later parts? It's incredibly distracting and it completely kills the flow of conversations because the animations are so slow and unnecessary... 

I like the main character, the uncle and Sam, and I'm kinda curious about the story, but this swallowing animations and sounds are really bad, sorry. And they're so often!

Edit: OK, it seems it was only the first few chapters... It's all good now.

I just found the rarest bug I've ever encountered, I didn't even know it was possible. In this shot, the old sprite of Connor stays on screen, and the new one is put over it. I thought they all disappeared with every new slide...

It's not. But the author makes other VNs too, so it takes a lot of time for an update. I've been waiting for a new Hollow chapter for an incredible amount of time.

I luckily didn't send any money to the author, but I investigated a little and it's definitely a scam.

I fully agree with Ladysharky, watch out!

Not only the downloads here don't work, but the author has a CK installation launcher for download on his webpage and literally promises "Download our launcher and play Act 1 for free, no login required." and when you download it and install, it won't allow you to play anything unless you log in with your Patreon.

I was actually thinking about becoming a patron, but I hate liars/scammers. So the author won't see any money from me, not on Patreon and definitely not on Steam.

So, I just played the chapter 6. I loved Max's winning face, that made me laugh. :)

Cool chapter, lot of "action", but I'd say this is the shortest chapter so far... Looking forward to chapter 7.

Just one more thing. You should change your Patreon settings so the new patrons won't be billed only on the 1st day of the month. Give the new people an entire month. So far, out of ~10 creators, only you and the Freshmen guy have it this way. I decided to join as Sergeant (I'll try the minigames), but I don't want to pay just for 10 remaining days of September just to be billed again on Oct 1. It's really inconveniencing.

Is there some reason I should play standalone season 1? Is season 2 a separate story?

I played the older version in which I got to the moment where they got their "special gifts" and went to sleep. So I don't know how far I got. Will I have to start from the very beginning now, or will my saves work?

Also, how big are the 3 Spin-off games: Mission To Terex, PhoneJacked & Chang: The Righteous Path? I will subscribe for a month (the game is great) but can't decide whether to go for the big tier (Sergeant) or the smaller, recommended one.

Contact the author on Patreon or Discord if possible. The experience says the VN authors don't go to itch.io too much. They'll probably send you another link.

Edit: So I looked at the Discord server and one of the developers sadly passed out in 2018 so it's probably the reason their games are abandoned now.

I KNOW. Well, at least I trust the reasonable comments. But I've read all the comments and it's absolutely insane how some people are against it in the first place. Like, wtf?!

I'm gay and the straight scenes didn't bother me (there's always some guy involved to look at). The only boring scenes can be the lesbian scenes, for obvious reasons.

But yes, it's weird when you choose being gay specifically. In the full version, I'll go as bi - both the straight and gay scenes will feel natural.

Don't search anymore. :) I'd like Jason to meet some cute sexy twink with blue eyes and either blond or black hair. Can be a student or a "working boy".

Also, don't worry about us gays not wanting to see straight action. Yes, it was weird because you don't expect it when you specifically select that he's gay, but Jason is a very sexy guy, so there was still a lot to look at. :)

To this issue, I'll say another thing - when you sleep with Brendan (Ollie as a bottom, I didn't even try the top option) and then you meet him in Jamie's flat, Ollie says "Oh, hey, Brenden, was it?" and Brenden says "Yeah, that's right. Nice to see you again, we didn't have a chance to talk on Saturday." and Ollie replies "Sorry about that, the night got busy."

And you then get to choose whether he's hot or chill. Which Ollie should already know very well. :)

Small bug report: 

When the smimmer guy comes back in his speedos (one of the pictures in the right here), he's back in his clothes again in the next scene, even though the text in the scene directly says that now he's in his speedos.

Can't wait. The cliffhanger in the end is huge. I need to know what happens next several months ago. :)
