the lewd scenes have more comedy than i was expecting, not that im complaining :3c

i’ve noticed this hitching for like 5-10 seconds at the first letter of some lines (not any specifically, just at random) on linux (both wine and native). i haven’t tested on windows, but i haven’t had this happen with any other renpy games/VNs so far. i’ve noticed that it hitches much more frequently on native than with wine.

edit: im wondering if this might be a bug specific to the version of renpy shipped with this VN. this is the newest renpy game/VN i’ve played, so it’s possible that a bug got introduced recently. ill do some testing later to see what’s up with this specifically :P

well it makes sense though. lore is that bunnies have generational trauma and powerful instincts, so seeing a wolf chasing you it would be almost impossible not to run from him. death is an unfortunate consequence of blindly running for an extended period of time in the snowy wilderness :/

as far as what the dev has said about people modding the game, here is a screencap from the discord: personally, i think modding is kinda fundamental to having fans of a game. but i also think it’s important to respect the devs wishes.

unfortunately I can already forsee this game never getting finished, only bc of how popular it’s getting and the toll this has/will take on the dev. so I’m just gonna say this in advance: I really hope that if the dev can no longer maintain/develop this that they let someone else pick up where they left of. it’s really sad seeing so many amazing indie games that have so much potential die.

just to be clear I’m not saying this game is dead, as you can see it’s very much thriving. I’m just saying that I want it to continue to thrive regardless of circumstances, and considering burning out an indie dev is off the table (for obvious reasons, come on now, that would just be mean), it would likely involve opening development of this to more the one (or a few, in actually not sure if this is a solo project or not, but from what I can tell it might be) people

im trying to transfer my save between my phone and my computer, can you lmk where the save files are kept on android? it would really save me time to not need to sleuth through the potentially 3 different isolated storages that google insists on having apps use… TwT and yes, ik they aren’t accessible without root or adb. tia ^^
