That's great to hear. I'm in the works on fixing that. Plus some extra

To be fair. Any empty place, I find it creepy. Even with calming music XD

I enjoyed that, and suited the theme well. Was a bit of a "Where do I go" kind of game. But I had a shock when the game asked me to unlit all of the lanterns. Lets say with 14, I was screwed XD

Thank You for Playing.
Yeah, I plan to fix it as a final version. Wasn't able to fix the afterlife so the keys that weren't picked up glowed

You are Welcome

Thought I did that. Apparently no

Man, I did the mistake of trying to save money. That got difficult quick.

Enjoyed the game. Didn't have any issues with it. Also the music is awesome

Yeah, seems that you always get sick at the worse times. Hope it wasn't too bad, and you'll be better soon.

As the other guy said, it is a walking simulator. But I can see this game get a little creepy. Walking around these big spaces in silence brought a bit of eeriness. Like someone is watching me.

Also, world transitions. Seamless. Felt like I went through a dimensional door

My Webpage bugged out, saying that I needed to move to another website. "Do you want to loose the data". So that's why you might have got 3 notification

66 Deaths. Don't know if that's good or not.

I did enjoy the game. Levels slowly got more difficult and more complex. And I only had one bug that the camera sometimes doesn't follow the player across to the other section of the level

I brought back the forest and saved all of the critters

Not too bad of a game, and suited the theme in a fugitive way. Death giving the opportunity for life to build and thrive better than before.

Needed a tutorial though, I only hit space because I got bored of picking up all the ash's and started hitting every button

Just earned a 5 star on Theme. I wasn't very sure if it could be done without upgrades. But if someone was able to do it without upgrade. Then I find that it perfectly fits the meaning of the theme

I enjoyed the detective style approach. Going around, asking questions. Slowly learning the story. Then gets tested by the end.

I also love the snow physics. Making a path through it is both cool and useful when you get the test wrong.

But I couldn't see theme in the game.

And at the end, I didn't know if I was getting answers wrong or it was my bad spelling. But I didn't use that to rate it. As I am quite a bad speller at times. But is a thing to keep in mind.

But also, quite a rare genre to see as they usually take a lot of planning and time. So great job

I liked the game. Very clever with the death upgrade system. You can just walk for a bit then kill yourself for an upgrade. Would have been cool to keep a death counter. Make that as a scoring system. Jumping felt a little funny. Think its the case that I expect the character to jump fowards a little more then it does. But I also suck at platformers.

Big take away is this fits the Theme extremely well. Death is an Opportunity, meaning that something pops up, and you should either take it or not. Able to die and having the Opportunity to upgrade or respawn checkpoint to my opinion fits it. I couldn't give theme 5 starts as I couldn't see the game being possible without upgrades. And I see it as you don't have to die, but it'll most likely make your life harder. And once the ghost came in, think that made it impossible to do.

Also, think I found 2 bugs. One I don't know, once the ghosts pop up, they are there till the game is completed. Don't know if that is on purpose or not. And when I got the fireball upgrade, think I also got the slowdown upgrade with it.

But I manage to complete the game and enjoyed, did take me a bit with the spiral.

$2133, beat that my folks

It's a game, get the highest score. I love that. It's fun, takes a bit to get used to. But there is a reason to restart. Not because of the amount of fun. But the idea of getting all of the items.

Only problems I had were you could drink the bucket of water outside the bucket, and the fish jumped a little too high. But those are very minor.

The Massive problem is the fact that it's I can't see it matching the theme. Doesn't match it at all. But fun game beside that

Liked the idea, like the art and Especially loved the story. I'm a big fan of space.

But I'm sorry to say, I didn't enjoy the game. I turned it off before the end because I was doing the first 3 levels over and over again. I accidently pushed a bolder in The Mantle Level down the corridor of another bolder. Which got me stuck and had to restart. And at the end, had no clue what I was doing (Which is the point because of the mission). But means that there is a high chance of dying which means I had to replay previous 4 stages twice. Because I needed to kill off one of the dudes to pass a level and that only lasted for one guy. Plus it got tight when it came to oxygen. Did see that there is a plant that gave oxygen, but I was hesitant since every other plant was killing me.

I think it can be greatly improved if the plants that ate the player, so the next player can walk on top of them. Stayed in that state for the entire game. Which means if players died at the end, they can just go back to the end level without worrying about anything else. And if they happen to die, that's on them. Also bread crumbs would be nice. But that could either be by choice or time constraints.

Enough of the Problems and lets get to the good bits.

Level design is smart, like how later levels got more paths and confusing. Giving the feeling of pressure when you get lost and start to run out of oxygen. There are lots of mechanics that were implemented for a short amount of time. Plants that explode, plants that eat the player, plants that give oxygen back, moving boulders, climbing walls and of course the dying and coming back to life (Technically). Sound design sounded great, felt immersed in the environment but also had that 8 bit feel.

I'm sorry that I wasn't to play at the end, especially the amount of work that you put into the game. But I hope this review helps. I don't want to leave a bad comment and make you feel bad, but also want to be honest. Hope this helps.

Thank You
Don't think webs would handle the Unreal Engine XD

But yes, because people will be more willing to play web games because they don't have to download them. And also there is a risk at downloading a virus

Thank You. Yeah, Unreal did me dirty since I turned off Nanite and Raytracing. So they didn't shine. And I was planning to make them bright in the Afterlife, to give it more meaning and make the theme stronger. But I ran out of time. Also had problems with the Keys -_-

Hope you had Fun with it thoug

Really Fun. I did have troubles with controls. I'm not a big fan of using W as jump. Wish Space was the Jump button. And wish the starter levels had at least 1 extra minion, because I felt there was no room for error. Which makes sense at later levels.

But I do love the mechanics, and the strategies that are needed to pass the levels

Cool idea for a game. Did got a bit lost at the start. But I figured it after the second game. I do wish there were more characters, as I started to remember all of them. But also you only had 5 days. And the art looks great.

I do like the Paper Please Vibe

That was really Fun. Wish it went longer to be honest

Quite a unique Puzzle Game. I didn't get far though as the controls were a bit weird. There is a delay in the jump. If you walk down a ramp, character bounces making it hard to jump at the right time

Also there isn't much room for error. When you die once from a fail, kinda means that you've failed the level.
The game looks great and unique, sound design is great. Feels like I'm immersed in the environment.

I couldn't rate high on the Theme. Cool to see that the game is built off the mechanic of needing to die to make progress. But this feels more of a requirement then an opportunity

Enjoyed it, sound design was great. Made me felt uneasy for the entire game. And it slowly got more creepy.
Unfortunately couldn't see the theme of "Death is an Opportunity", but I do understand that you had less time.

Overall, Good Game

Very cool game. Something different compared to other Indie Horrors. And gave me a fright

Gave me a Jump. And did put my nerves on high alert. Cool Game

Ending blew me away. I can't even say it because it was that good

Loved the game and the story. Also the environment was creepy to walk through. Only thing I would say is I wished it had full screen

Love the concept of what if the crafting system got an upgrade. Also don't know what made me more crept out in this game compared to a Minecraft Horror Modpack. I liked the game

Was not expecting the ending. Wonder what they put in that cat food

Gave a great scare to me. Great Game

I enjoyed playing this Game. Looks great and certainly kept me on my toes

Damn nice game

Great Game to play on Christmas and for Christmas

Can't wait to see an Episode 2

I enjoyed the game. The depressing talk did get a bit much for me

I thought it was a type of Tumour or Parasite at First

You right click with the battery while it's in your hand. Think the best way of saying about the controls is comparing it too Photoshop. When first using it, controls are difficult and confusing. But once you learn, it's quite easy to us

I saw everyone else doing it, so I thought Ill share my Video. A 3 parter, part 3 coming Soon.

This game is really cool. I had a blast playing it. It is tense, has a good background and to my knowledge, original. Working inside a living planet is a super cool idea. The game is well made, Couldn't find bugs or anything that effected the gameplay.

Only thing was the Jumpscare killed my ears while I was replaying to get a different ending. But that also made it scarier.

Thank you for a Cool game. I hope in the future, it becomes something more.
