By the way the enemy hitboxes are quite a bit bigger than the player

We're just using IsKeyPressed directly, so I'm not sure how this is happening

Nice! But hex-shoot? What does hex mean here? I get how this involves merging but I am confused how you integrated the hex theme

Polished and uses the theme well, and fairly fun but it feels actively hard to lose which makes it less fun

Also it could be more obvious how the perks work, maybe with some text that shows on screen when you get one

Good stuff! The collision detection just feels a little unforgiving and with level 2 it felt like a jump in difficulty too soon. I didn't beat level 3 but if that's the last level, I guess the difficulty spike is fair enough.

Pity about the web build

Looking in the console, you could probably fix it with -sSTACK_SIZE when invoking emcc/em++. The raylib template uses -sSTACK_SIZE=1MB.

It was pretty fun but a little easy and the game felt like it was playing itself after getting the homing bullets (so they are probably a little broken?).

Obviously the levels of polish are amazing, I don't think I need to say this!

Unsure where the merging comes in? Unless I'm missing something I don't think the theme was effectively used... I suppose you can have multiple perks at once and that's neat but I liked stuff I saw in other games like being able to combine multiple spells into one which felt more unique

You should probably describe the game more in the description, I wasn't expecting that it'd only be in the GitHub repo

Thank you! This is the first gamejam I have completed (with the help of my teammate of course, I probably wouldn't have got far without her), and I don't think we put that much time and effort into it compared to other entries...

I was trying to rush to make the gameplay more balanced before the deadline, but it's probably not quite right (the limit to how long a level lasts is 1.5 mins)

I also wish I could've made the music better, or at least added an option to turn it off :(

The theme usage is great, and the game is enjoyable to play - but mainly because of its creativity and aesthetic.

You're not rewarded for being able to cure people quickly, or punished for giving the wrong cure - so I didn't feel compelled to keep playing.

The game does feel very polished! Except for the recipe menu not closing unless you move your mouse below (not above) it (which took me a while to figure out)

(I also did a rating)

Same, if only we could save our progress

This seems to be a scratch game, so it'd be nice if we could play it without a download

Done now! totally not worth your time though

I already asked about this a while ago...
