Fortunately I managed to find a remedy for this.

Thanks for telling me that. I guess simply providing links to my products isn't enough. Whatever I have on my profile page probably doesn't count as profile information I guess. I'll be sure to contact the support team to resolve this issue.
Edit* Oh yeah. I should probably clarify that even if I were to provide a direct link to my profile page, you would still see I only have 1 game out. Of course it would be more helpful if I didn't have to provide a direct link. Like if I were to click on your username I could see the products you've created. I'm not sure if I can find your profile page using the search options but I know for sure mine can't be found via the search engine.

...Unless you meant even by clicking on my username you still couldn't get to my profile page which is weird since I tested it on an incognito tab to see how others would see my page let alone reach it. Either way that's not very convenient.
So, if you go to my profile page you'll see that I have a visual novel. My profile page is supposed to look something like this:

https://the-akumatizer.itch.io/deyrnas-tywyllwch (link to my Visual Novel)
https://the-akumatizer.itch.io/goleunir-byd (link to my RPG)
I am not sure why this is the case. Both of them are published and both are currently in development and yet only one of them can even be found via a direct link.
Here's what the page for my RPG should look like:

TLDR: A game I've published isn't showing up and more importantly this applies even when a direct link is offered.
