We're a two-person team (my friend will do the graphics, I will program, and we will design and write the game together) making a kind of introspective/narrative puzzle game taking place in a café. We were thinking about jazzy music, probably pretty melancholic but maybe with a touch of hope, that we would overlap with rain sound. We're pretty amateur/noob so it wouldn't be too ambitious of a project, if that's a matter for you. Also we're in France (you don't have to be but it will be easier to communicate if you're in a similar timezone).

Any composer into this? :)

So I do realize this is niche since you'd have to watch Our Flag Means Death but if you do and you just finished season 2... Isn't there a big pirate-shaped hole in your heart right now? What I propose is simple: make fanart on a theme ("art" could be a video game, a TTRPG, a fanfiction, a fanzine...) that will be revealed next Thursday and will obviously be related to our favorite gay pirates, in a week (so, from November 2nd to November 8th).  Find Our Jam Means Death here.

Je travaille avec Ranmisnoop à la réalisation d'un docu audio sur le solarpunk, dans le cadre de la jam. En bonus on aurait bien aimé faire un "micro-trottoir" sur les différents projets qui vont voir le jour ici. Il y aurait simplement 2 questions auxquelles répondre dans un vocal avec nous, ou en nous envoyant directement votre enregistrement. Les questions sont : "pouvez-vous présenter votre projet ? en quoi, pour vous, est-il solarpunk ?" Cela permettrait d'avoir un exemple des applications différentes du solarpunk, et de la diversité de ce qu'on appelle solarpunk. Et de mettre en valeur vos projets, bien sûr ! Thanks for your comment! I've been a bit anxious about sharing this zine lol. I talk about my past self with my new name and pronouns, but I still think I was sincerely "living as a girl" during that time. I sometimes feel like that makes me "a fake trans person" (in the sense that I'm worried I will change my mind because I'm not "actually" trans), but... in the end, I think everyone has their own experience!

I had to do it three times to get the good ending and the first two times really hurt (well especially the first one since I thought I'd get the good ending)! Very cute anyway, I didn't know the original game and I kinda want to play it now so I get to spend more time with the characters.

OK I am kinda stupid, it's because my keyboard was AZERTY + my D key isn't working, so I didn't notice you could use the letter keyboard to move and kept trying using the arrow keys or the mouse!

Is this game playable with the touchpad? I was so excited to play but couldn't for the life of me find a way to interact with the objects. I don't know if it's a bug or if I'm stupid missing something.

I... think the power ups don't work? I can't buy them, once I've almost enough to buy them it stays at "1 click more (or 400 clicks more for the second one) to buy this".

I think the shops don't work? I guess they should sell the corn, but they don't do anything :/

La jam est terminée depuis hier soir mais je me pose enfin pour faire une annonce, puisqu'il fallait que je vous tienne informé-e-s des éléments suivants :

- Je vais maintenant regarder (au moins rapidement) toutes les oeuvres pour vérifier qu'elles correspondent aux règles (qui sont essentiellement pas de contenu haineux/discriminatoire, mais je vous fais confiance).

- Une fois que ce sera fait je constituerai le bundle et vous serez amené à valider votre participation (et notamment la répartition des paiements, qui iront tous sur le compte itch.io de la Grève Jam, c'est-à-dire sur le compte bancaire du STJV).
