Very clean and polished game, especially given the timeframe of the jam !
I ran into a little annoying issue while playing on firefox tho, my mouse would have a slight drift to the right after pressing the Escape key and then clicking on the game screen to focus on it. I just switched to Chrome and everything was fine, but I thought I'd mention it.
Really simple but effective gameplay with a super clean artstyle, well done !
I would've liked for the game to have some kind of collectible to justify attempting some risky fly maneuver, but at the same time it might mess with the surprisingly chill vibe the game has, so I'm not sure anymore.
In any case, good job with this one, I really enjoyed it !
I love the goofy artstyle, the character looks awesome !
Also, props to you for making a proper in-game tutorial, I always slap a rushed 2 lines description after uploading my game because of bad time management, so I really respect you for this.
My problem with the game has already been mentionned in multiple comments, it is the akwardness of the controls.
But you seemed to have a concept in mind for this, so maybe its more of a difficulty balance issue, rather than a game design issue, because I can definitely see the "Twister with a keyboard" being a really fun experience.
Didn't expect a game made by someone called SerenityDev to give me so much anxiety.
For real, it's impressive how much it feels like an overwhelmingly busy shift, the art style and the sound effects (that god damn ringing) really sells it.
I wish I had a way to skip the intro tho, I didn't found one. I know its not a long one but since I didn't understand what to do the first few times I played, it did repeat a bit too much.
Good game, congrats !
Super fun game !
The upgrades all really change the feel of the fight, you don't feel like doing the exact same thing every time.
I especially loved stopping time, firing all my arrows next to each other and watch them all fly at once when time resumes, felt straight up like Dio Brando.
I just had an issue where the music would stop playing after a while, so I finished the fight in an akward silence.
Really good entry for this jam. Congrats !

Really cool puzzle game.
The art is really good and the puzzles are interesting.
I would suggest adding some audio, something not too intense would fit a puzzle game. I think a little tutorial at the beginning would do wonder as well, I did spend a few minutes wondering what to do exactly at first.
Super cool game overall, I enjoyed it !
Really cute puzzle game !
I love how you based an entire game on the classic snake game over condition, pretty original.
I do wish there was a rewind button to undo your moves, as I sometimes moved a bit too much and screwed the whole puzzle by accident, even when I was going for the right solution.
I also think the teleporter could be more different from one another, it's quite difficult to tell them appart with only the icon changing. Maybe try switching up the colors ? It's just a suggestion tho.
Keep up the good work !
Ok, this game is incredible.
The main mechanic is super cool and, despite looking deceptively simple at first, is deeper than I thought.
You can make a big line of salt and draw a circle at the end to create multiple blast, you can almost complete a circle and then wait for the ennemies to go near to close it, you can blast under your feet to fly up in the air ( :3 ).
Like, this could be made into a full game for sure.
I just wish there was more ennemy type, but it's already impressive what you achieved in such a short time.
Congrats !
Really nice entry.
You mentionned how you never done this art style before, and you nailed it honestly !
Really fun mechanics and dialogues, the length of the game feels appropriate too
On a feedback note, I'm gonna say that the clock that you need to walk into to reset the level feels kinda unnecessary. It would make the gameplay flow better to bind this action to the space key for exemple.
Also, I don't think the pits where necessary either. I actually wondered why I would die randomly sometimes until I realized I could fall in the black spaces. I actually ended up falling on purpose to restart the level faster tho.
Really good job, especially given the limited time you had to focus on the game !

Needed a little time to understand how the game worked, but once I did I really enjoyed it !
I liked the little dialogues with the totally not suspicious individual, way more interesting than to just put the missions on the top left one after the other without any context imo. Makes you want to stick around, too.
I'd say my biggest complaint has already been mentionned by a previous comment, but the item transporter was pretty hard to work around. Every time I made a new path that involved destroying a previous path, it just didn't get the direction right and I ended up clogging the whole thing.
Anyway, a really good game, definitely got me hooked !
