Thanks for the feedback! Yes, there is a "shortcut"! The game actually works on knowledge-based progression (e.g., after the loop, you can enter doors that were previously code-locked because you now know the code). Glad you enjoyed it anyway! :D

It's a shame so few people have rated this. The game is really good, and your take on the loop mechanic is one of the best I've seen! A web version would definitely get it more attention. Excellent work!
There was too much text all at once. A tutorial might have worked better, but I understand that would’ve been tough to implement in the jam’s timeframe.
Beyond that, I loved the game! From the solid art to the well-placed audio (loved the cultist voices), and the super engaging gameplay. Overall, it’s a really good game. Great job!

What a brilliant idea! I loved this looping concept. Got stuck for a solid minute trying to nail that last 1% between 99% and 100% xD But it was so much fun! Great work!

Choosing the loop time was tricky. We thought adding more time would make players barely experience the loop mechanic, so we settled on 90 seconds. Thanks for playing and for your feedback!
