EDIT: Okay, I didn't explain paths: A path is a girl's romance side story with you and bad choices can cause you to lose paths. The UI indicates a lost path by greying out that character's portrait, like in your case. To troubleshoot where you went wrong, I recommend the walkthrough I linked below.

Did you disable pregnancy at the beginning? If you have pregnancy enabled and you get to the harem ending with all 7 girls, there should be two photos in the collage that reference their pregnancy. This is independent from creampie choices you made during the game, so they all get pregnant eventually. The final shot with the small bus never shows any of the girls pregnant.
Is that a no? I know of an unfixable bug that causes this. All you can do in that case is play on a different device. Though I'm not sure, you're not giving me a lot of info.
It's a zip file, you need to unpack its contents. How exactly depends on what kind of device you have, use Google or ask an AI. After you've done that, you should read the ModManual text file for further installation instructions.
The Discord link works, you just can't access it because it's age restricted. Go to the Family Center in the Discord settings, input your birthday, then try again.

But if it's just this: You should pick tails, even though the consequence of this choice hasn't revealed itself yet in the current version of the game. Why tails is better is still up for speculation.

Since Eternum is a top-shelf game, there are certainly malware infested versions of it out there, which are only very slightly modified. Could your virus software tell the original apart from the malicious one? I don't know. Even if a dev is 100% trustworthy, it's still possible that their accounts get hijacked and used to distribute malware, so a healthy sip of caution never hurts.
To my knowledge, there has been no serious discussion about it, no. Though I think it's unlikely that the dev decides to support it. After all, this game is mostly targeted at guys (even though women often find it enjoyable too), which rarely use sex toys. And then you have the added development effort of designing an experience like this and testing it. So my guess is that mod devs will have to figure this one out, if at all.

Sneak peeks are exclusive to subscribers as a goodie, they are not meant to be published. Also, some people prefer to play new updates completely blind, without any peeks.
The game actually does have one short rape scene, which was controversial back when it came out. You can easily avoid it by simply not selling Lauren. The choice in question has "bad idea" written all over it, so I doubt that anyone got the scene by accident.
You have to save the contents of the "Documents/Ixalon/com.caribdis.eternum/" directory. You can delete the "game" folder in it to save a few GB. But uninstalling the game won't delete the saves in there, so maybe you don't need to do anything.

Android to PC won't work, at least right now, since the RenPy version on Android is a lot more up to date than the PC one.
Remember that the game has a potent skip feature if you don't feel like going through it all again. But some people happily replay the entire game twice a year, whenever a new update is released.
Wow, ok. For me, it's quite the opposite tbh. When I started playing Eternum, I just imagined the potential this game has. Anything is possible! I was surprised by how much the game actually turned out to play in the real world.
The only problem I'm seeing is that Eternum does a lot of things and provides great variety but it does none of those things as good as a dedicated work. My main example is the heist: It was a cool segment, but it didn't really capture the thrill of a good heist movie imo.
But it makes sense, I can't expect Cari to be a master of writing in every conceivable genre. He is trying his hardest though, and his results are still very impressive, he's still a legend in my eyes.
Coming back to your critique: I can't really relate to your experience. It seems like what you dislike is not the game per se, but its central idea. To you, there sometimes can be too much variety. -- But I'm guessing at this point. Feel free to elaborate if you want to.
Controversial, but since OIALT is a complete experience with closure and Eternum isn't (yet), I agree. Though both games by themself are better than any other AVN that I know about.
