No, as far as I'm informed Android versions have a lengthy build process and are therefore only built once right before major releases. It's easier to make builds for the PC version, so the developer pushes out fixes more easily and more frequently.
How on Earth did Caribdis manage to get this game running on ANDROID!? Some of the scenes, especially the ones with Idriel in them, lag my $1000 PC. How the heck did he optimize this for android!?

EDIT: And also, THE GAME DOESN'T END WITH 0.7. The game even says it right before the credits.
