I released the alpha demo teser for In Ashes today! 

In Ashes is a choice-driven fantasy adventure visual novel about adventurers, monsters, and legends.

The sleepy town of Hwen promised peace, but it was not meant to last. Your fragile peace is shattered when a familiar face arrives with a plea that pulls you back into the life—and the wounds—you left behind. It’s time to step into the boots of a weary, former hero.

The Alpha teaser is quite short and sets the tone of the world. However, future demo updates should get to the meat of the gameplay!

Glad to see it's back! Was shown a let's play of the game by a friend, and it looks very interesting. Really love the presentation, too.
