yes!

the sound effects were mostly created through synthesis and layering in ableton live and fl studio (we had multiple people working on audio and they used different DAWs)

we'll make sure that the game is playable on linux / steamdeck and macos when we launch the finished version on steam!

oh man yeah the web export..... DAMN YOU WEB EXPORT!!!!! also thanks for the kind words :P

the movement on the water slides was really fun! i think to emphasize that these are actually water slides you could add some water splashing particles whenever you land on a slide and just in general while youre sliding! good job!

unique idea but i couldnt figure out how to get past round 3.... maybe adding a jump would be fun

yoo this was awesome i had a lot of fun getting through it. i got stuck on floor 4 and closed the game after like 5 minutes of trying to brute force it but literally as I closed the game I got and AHA moment ( look at the damn tips :D ) and opened it back up and finished it

the car controls feel super slippery and you should maybe consider making all the pixels the same size on screen throughout your artwork! but good job besides that! :)

really love the music in this one, good job on that!

thanks so much for that positive feedback! were planning to polish this one and release it on steam after the jam is over!

not in this version, but we want to release this game properly after the jam is over and i was intending to add that :)

this was really cool! the reversing got stuck on the final level after like 4 rewinds but it was fun regardless! though i gotta say that i didnt know i could move for a long time since it doesnt say it anywhere (maybe i just missed it idk). also the artstyle for the characters is awesome!

thats hilarious, shout outs to john circus then

i managed to get up to the guy that looks like sans who is up on a roof of a pretty high building which was quite the challenge but it was fun getting better with the mechanics over time! and the talking sounds for the rapper guy were hilarious

the cutscene art and characters look gorgous!!

the ui polish whenever you finish a loop/drag around tracks is really well done! very juicy and satisfying :)

i think what made it possible was really good planning and on-the-spot rescheduling. we also cut about a 5th of the world map halfway through the jam and worked right up until the deadline. iirc the worldmap was done saturday evening and we essentially placed all the content on the map during the last 12 hours of the jam!

hey thanks for all those thoughts! also as long as you have the power die you should be fine at the end, no? after all it doesnt matter if the score before the power die is negative or positive :P so you can just continue whatever strategy you were doing before!

Also Arc Breaker was my groups favorite game from the jam, it was a LOT of fun!

this was a lot of fun, super unique game play

instead of doing that you should try applying a posterization effect that limits the colors on screen to a fixed color palette. that helps tremendously with pixel lighting thats too smooth! :)

thank you so much for having a checkpoint right as you start the bossfight!!! T_T

didnt expect to roleplay as an angry mob in this game jam but i take it gladly!

once i got the hang of the steering it was actually quite fun and i managed to get first place on the second map ^^

the pixel art looked great even though it was so simple. also getting into the big power state felt great. though it would be cool if the difficulty would ramp up more and maybe if there were weapons you could pick up and so on :)

im so in love with that dithering shader! looks absolutely amazing :)

i just had my cursor next to the center the entire time and got a score of ~700k, is that intended? :D

it would be so cool if the brain would squash and stretch while jumping and maybe emitted some particles whenever it lands!

the music and pixel art was lovely and being able to circle in the clouds reminded me of pokemon ranger!

it was really fun trying to figure out what to do and how things worked. it got pretty complex once you had to put together words that were made from more than two segments

this was amazing, i feel like i actually learned a lot while playing :)

the music was nuts and i really loved how the main character and the world looked! shooting was satisfying but i feel like it really lacked some hit feedback. also whenever i died i was able to still run around for some reason

really loved all of the 2d cutouts! also for some reason my pc was running really hot, is the framerate uncapped?

this was a lot of fun! the pixel art looks really good :)

This was a lot of fun! I feel like using a higher resolution would've worked better with your pixel art as most pixels are stretched at all times and they flicker a lot. Besides that really good job!

I really enjoyed the music! Managed to survive for a while but it was definitely challenging.

the jam duration was 10 days but im glad you like it!

this was insanely cool. amazing pixel art and the gameplay was super satisfying! especially once you learn how to dash off of enemies

i really enjoyed the music and the little jingle that plays when you win :)

didnt know what to do at first but it was cool figuring out which options can lead to what outcome! also does that one "hello anyone there" event do anything special?

this is just more proof that goblins are real.
