The game was meant to be waaay bigger and way more interactive and organized, it's defo not my best game jam. I decided I will continue it and it's way different than this. Thank you for your feedback!
Great concept and idea! I like the mechanics they're really creative good job! but maybe you could work on the game feel and how can you make the player invested in the game because this is the type of game that a person can get bored of easily if not done correctly, but you didn't do it bad it just needs some touches and details. Great work
I didn't expect to see a game like this, the concept is good and the story is really creative, however some things feel forced for example the first cutscene the art used was good but could have been executed better.
for example, for the front layers of the cloud which are the whitest, post processing effects the lightest colors the most, behind them are 3-4 layers with different shades of grey, this also helps in creating different shapes without having to draw a complete new cloud.
Thank you so much! Yes I used post processing, I did a bit of color grading along with the obvious bloom. I am definitely planning to finish the game until the end of the story, I'm already working on it.
I liked the gameplay! I liked how there was so much variety in each part and each stone, good job! Apart from the problem everyone else had with not finding the last stone everything else was fine! Keep it up
yeah I'm quite upset that I couldn't atleast submit a playable level so people can experience actual gameplay, the story and puzzles but I had no choice due to some stuff. I am working on it right now though
I love the style!! It makes the game really interesting and the mechanics are really good, but i dont know if it's just me but the movement feels kinda weird
I enjoyed this a lot!!! The art is amazing and I enjoyed the dialogues and the story however I would get confused sometimes on where to go but apart from that and some bugs the game is pretty good and I liked it. Great job!
You are right and this is what I would usually do, but with the little time that I had because of other things beside the jam I had to submit what I had.
I was confused why it wouldn't run at first but figured it out eventually, nice game the art is really nice and the story is very interesting, the sounds and music go really well with it but I would recommend a hint and tutorial system and I'm wondering what did you use to make this?
