I usually spend my days dealing with production, technical drawings, and heavy machinery as a Mechanical Engineer. But as soon as my shift ends, I close the CAD software and open Godot.

After many sleepless nights and liters of coffee, I am thrilled to share my first solo project with you: A Cat Named Venus Shorttail.

It is a game starring my real-life cat, Venus, who spent most of the development process sleeping on my keyboard (literally).

🎮 What is the game about? This is a vertical platformer designed with a "pick-up and play" philosophy. My goal was to create something you can play with one hand on a bus or subway, but with precise mechanics that feel rewarding.

• The Goal: Climb as high as you can.
• The Obstacles: Gravity, annoying birds, and what I call "Ghost Shelves" (platforms that vanish when you need them most).
• The Vibe: Cozy pixel art with a dash of frustration :)

📱The game is currently playable in your Browser (no download needed), but I also provided native builds for Windows, Mac, and Android (APK).

My ultimate goal is to release this on mobile app stores. But before I face the "final bosses" of the App Store and Play Store, I need the feedback of this experienced community.

• Does the movement feel right?
