About the confusion is Lillia's route I only want to clarify one thing which I'm sorry for making you think that. It's not an underage brothel, it's a brothel which new ownership fell onto a young she-wolf. I will make sure to get an editor in the future to check for these kinds of things.

Thus gave me a lot to think about that will improve the "full' version of the game, to be completely honest I haven't even thought about character interactions after the route split so this is quite literally opening my mind for so many cool interactions. I wholeheartedly agree that I got screwed over by scopecreep and all the ideas I had in my head, but after a first period of feeling like a failure I know feel much better about this VN. I will try to remake this as a full and polished release and I'm definitely going to continue participating in jams like these and be even more ambitious about my next projects.

Ty for the review! I agree about Solis, I never saw a mute character in a VN before so I wanted to give myself the challenge and I'm happy that it turned out well! I agree that the story is... Really scuffed... But it's been growing on me so I'll be sure to improve it and make thus VN shine like it deserves!

AAAAAAAAAA TYSM!!! I appreciate the time and effort you put in this review! I strongly agree with you about how the rush caused by my ambition is the biggest factor in causing problems for this vn, I wish I spent more time with Lillia's and Stolis' ending instead of... The evil twink, but oh well hindsight is 2020. With all the kind words from the community I'm starting to feel more confident in this work and more than a failure I want to consider this as me testing the limits of my current self. 

Fun fact about the theme implementation, I really wanted to showcase all the aspects of folklore with my three characters Lillia (customs), Solis (tales) and Engil (traditions) I was hoping to flesh out these things in Engil route but well it was sent straight to hell. 

I am planning on doing a polished version of this game as it has quite grown on me and I'm expecting the word count to double plus like you mentioned more CGs and Larry secret ending (We love you Larry)

Sorry If I ask this this late and if you don't remember I don't want you to reread through my story but could you elaborate on what hurts the believability of the story being about aging and living with grief? Is it something more subtle or is it big? I'm genuinely curious and I'm planning to rewrite the VN so I wouldn't want to do the same mistake twice.

I loved this game so much, both from an artistic point of view and story wise... THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS BANGER

WOW and I repeat WOW this was a short but very impactful story. I loved the GORGEOUS art and how it was used, everything fit so well together. The music also was incredible, it felt so... personal(?) and real(?) sorry I can't really put into words how much it impacted my experience with this game. Story wise I really resonated with Lee and his struggles so I might be just a teeny tiny just a little bit biased when I say that I feel like this is the best submission of this jam I read so far (I only read 7 entries so far but I will edit this comment if my opinion changes)... Thanks for indirectly making my day a little better. That said I wish the two "routes" were a bit more distinct, or maybe even merged together, but beside that I feel like this game is one of the best submissions I read so far. I hope you're ok and that you had fun working on this game. And remember to never stop creating art!

A short but very cute story!!!

A short but very cute story about a group of friends dealing with "the end of the world". I really enjoyed the use of sound effects, art and sprite movement in this story. Story wise it's a decent dating sim with a couple of issues that others have already pointed out. But personally I couldn't shake off the feeling that when put the two routes side the protagonist feels like two different people and also the fact that one of the routes (Cream's) felt like we actually got to meet the character while in the other the LI doesn't really feel complete. I understand that might be just because the lack of drama but I feel like, when one route is drama filled while the other isn't, the VN feels unbalanced, especially when paired with the fact that we know nothing about the characters when we are given the choice to pick one or the other LI.  I hope you had fun making this and that you'll keep creating art!!!

Ok WOW this game was a banger!!! I genuinely felt bad for Ransom and I really liked most of the plot points and character writing!

Discovering that you worked on this alone after just finishing your other VN (Which if the horror segment in this game was a taste of what's in IMG_1697 I WILL CHECK IT OUT) felt really inspiring! But please take care of yourself and don't forget to have fun!

A really cool VN with an amazing concept, unsettling vibes, interesting characters and GORGEOUS art!!!

A short but emotional little VN! The art and the music are quite nice but it has some writing issues, there are some good moments like Felipe waking up but the rest is a bit lacking. I especially struggles with immersion when the story changed POV (The two characters) and especially narrator (Going from second person to first person narration). But I see potential in this story and team! I hope you had fun and will continue making art!!!

A short and sweet story! I quite enjoyed the premise of this VN but I wish we had more time to invest in these wonderful characters! I felt that the flashbacks took me out of the story a bit but besides that the story is a solid foundation! A really cool VN with an amazing concept, unsettling vibes, interesting characters and GORGEOUS art!!! I really liked the start of the novel but it lost me at the middle-end. This story has LOTS of potential and would only benefit if it gets expanded into something more, but as a stand alone I feel it leaves too many things unresolved. I hope the team had lots of fun working on this and will keep creating art in the future!!!

An interesting enemies to lovers romance novel with a great concept... But a lacking execution.  I really liked the use of sprites and the two main characters. Sadly I feel like the music was misused in multiple instances, for example during a heart to heart battle music was playing spoiling the external conflict that was about to happen. Another issue I had was with the abuse of the "Some time later" screen, in multiple cases this screen could've been replaced with one or two lines that could've made the transition between scenes more smooth. Finally my main issue stands with the redemption of the conqueror, the story would've greatly benefited from showing Stag's redemption through some actions instead of words alone. The redemption also felt really rushed considering the proportion to what the character has done. Despite this I see a lot of potential in this story and team. I hope the team had a lot of fun working on this and that it will keep creating art in the future!!!

I think I'll revisit this game in about a couple of months or a year to fix some of it's glaring issues (mainly the abrupt endings) and hopefully rework some of the plot points.

I learned so much through this jam and I can't wait to make better VNs in the future!
