i've been ghosted -_-

the drawings are good, but I GOT DIZZY and had to stop playing becouse something on the parallax is really wrong. It's the same feeling i have with some extreme movement on a virtual reality headset... 



I can't tell when weapons are reloaded

i fell and it  softlocked :C

i really don't know what it is, but the way this game looks just kept me playing. 
It' has,...something.

level design is good too, simple but it has a good flow. 

please keep making games! 

the scope of the game is really big (for a game jam!) but soon enough i just lost interest and stopped playing. Make things more fun, i don't know how to word it better :P

I wonder why there aren't more game like reings and this, good job on exploring that mechanic in a new setting. I had fun!

The voiceover is a great addition, too bad the clipping is really annoying. 
The lightning effect is cool, well done

Adoro i demake in ogni loro forma e ho passato volentieri qualche minuto a giocare a questo. Ho dovuto staccare l'audio per un bug di qualche suono che loopava martellante,e senza audio i giochi horror perdono molto.

the symbol was 100% an intentional easter egg and totally not programmer art that we couldn't improve before the deadline ;)

we tried to tell him! "that's just too good, it should improve in the second part!" 

it's just one of the 582834 things we couldn't adjust for the submission deadline.

that was really impressive for a solo effort, congratulations. 

still, i think you submitted on this jam but didn't follow the rules. Was it done in ten days? Is it really within the limitation? 

we talked about the dash but I insisted that we couldn't teach how to dodge with invincibility in a couple minutes, still not sure about the result.


let's talk about gray on gray projectiles...just stupid , don't know how we left them in xD

i love dash / roll inv frames, but they are hard to teach to a new player.  They are good for games that you can play for much longer, you learn those timings and then you feel GREAT abusing them

Spot on analysis. We are aware of most of those things  but coudn't fix it in time.
 thank you for the feedback. It's the first time we try to write some dialogue most of us are "skip everything and go to the battle" players, we can understand :D

i REALLY hate some pixel perfect levels, the game is simple but it keeps you hooked until the end (and even the ending is simple but well done) .

it tickles my brain in a very fun way, great idea for a small jam game. 

probably some furniture got stuck there, we couldn't fix it in time .

great first game. The thumbnail is cute, music is catchy (a bit short maybe?).  


You put in the right features to make it a bit "juicy" (the screen shake hits just right) but i found the game itself just not interesting enough. Work a bit on the design and you can make mini-games like this (for jams or not!) and be a great solo dev.

proof that you don't need much to make a fun game.

theme is spot on, i think too many submissions missed it

maybe work a bit on clarity next time, i spent a bit too much time trying to do something the wrong way and not understanding what can hurt me

i think i used the same grapple hoot tutorial in one of my project xD  

i think it's not the best way to use it,but i had fun for a couple minutes jumping around

Hi! We just made a game for the Brackeys Game Jam and noticed that its theme is pretty close to "What Home Means to You", the theme of your jam. We would gladly submit our game, since we are proud of the result and we think we could both benefit from it (your jam is small and we would like our game to be as played as possible!).

Description: We are an all italian team formed for this jam, we are proud of our work, we would like to share the game and get some feedback from many players.
it's very short (something like 8 minutes) , we managed to make few levels but the core mechanics are all there
