Hey there! Sorry about any spam comments, I've had issues for a while... It sounds like the save selection is picking up a fake save file without there being a save. Try to go through the new game section again, it should work. I'll work on a patch for that crash in the meantime. Thank you for reporting!

Sorry I never got back to you on this! A while ago I removed the "Stories" App from the tablet, which was the source of new quests besides RNG quests. This is not broken, the game has just changed direction, after you recalibrate it changes RNG quests over to the new quest system which works much better and has a better variety of RNG quests. I wanted to focus more on exploration and less on Quests as I'm not a great story teller, hope this clears things up! :)

Edit 2/24/23: The app is now usable again, but only Steam has the update currently.

Glad to know it's behaving now! As for the drills, I think it's a legacy thing. Upgrades used to cost ores and cobalt is supposed to be harder to find, so it just carried over that way. I might switch them around.

The resolution is fixed to 1280x720, are you running into this issue in fullscreen mode?

Is the issue not being able to release the rover or can't get the rover back in the probe?

Your save is located in AppData, so no matter what version you run, you'll have the same save unless you manually delete it in the main menu options or delete the file. Hope this clears things up :)
