no sadly, i really aint a modder much, ik not the final version and wanna add or o much more with it, but i've not really work on it.  though someone can indeex take over to fix and or add new/more stuff.  aka more potential for transformations.

Latex Tank but with 80 more HP and permanent coverage. They spawn in hard and elite difficulties with the original Latex Tank, so you may come across a normal Latex Tank and then later with my modded one.

it takes time to devlope a game, i am just checking out the game, but i doub't it is abandon unless it has been more than just couple of month, maybe even a year

Was able to get my refund and understandable they might not refund, but I think they may have some kind/sort of buyer's remorse but I don't know fully yet.  Since this is my only time refunding.

So yes, you can refund because of the content within the game or concerns with the Dev themselves.

Thanks for taking the time to  comment, I already made a ticket with the game key provided in the second reply before I made this post,  as this is my first time refunding on itch.io.  I hope it goes well and if it doesn't, then I've learned my lesson to be careful on what to buy on itch.io.

Could you request a refund if you didn't really know what you're getting into or dev's behavior?  Example: You bought a game and you have some ideas what the content might have, but didn't fully grasp till you actually bought the game and played it and didn't like the content the game have.  Or if you already knew what you might be getting into, but didn't know of the dev's bad quirks until you bought the game and read on some of the things that the dev had said; within the game folder or somewhere else.

Update: I finally got my refund and it seems you can, altho having spent my time within the community I realized it wasn't as bad I made it out to be.  So I would rebuy the game but it will be on my low priority since I feel bit bad refunding.
