We are a passionate duo looking to bring our vision of pixelated horror to life, and we need a skilled programmer to join us on this adventure. I am the game designer, so I am responsible for :
- the game structure,
- the characters,
- the story (on this point, we are looking for someone skilled in narrative design if possible).
My colleague is the pixel art artist who turns nightmares into pixels !

Together, we are working on a small side-scrolling horror game inspired by Dead Space, Alien, and Resident Evil—think tense exploration, a heavy atmosphere with a few puzzles, and an interesting story to follow in a confined space where horror reigns.
What we're building :
A Metroidvania-style horror game set in a prison spaceship where a virus has infected the premises.
Resident Evil-esque mechanics and a captivating pixel art style to try to stand out on the indie scene.
What we need :
A dedicated programmer to help us code:
- basic mechanics,
- enemy AI,
- various animations for the protagonist and enemies,
- scripts (sound and event-driven)
- as well as level transitions using Godot (or the engine of your choice).
Who exactly are we looking for :
Someone who loves horror and can bring a technical touch to our dark vision.
Availability for regular collaboration (we are both highly active, passionate, and committed!).
What tools ?
Godot, Aseprite, and any other that you are proficient in.
