Update v0.3.5 is now live.
Based on playtest feedback, the shield display is now clearer, and incoming threats have stronger time-to-impact rings, core pulses, and escalating warning audio. Further feedback is welcome!

Thank you — this is extremely useful feedback.

I’m glad the PULL/PUSH rule, gold-orb sequence, and return loop were clear. Your timing point is especially helpful. I’ll add a stronger time-to-impact cue near the core, most likely a danger ring/pulse with escalating audio, so failures feel easier to anticipate.

I’ll also clarify the shield display as 3/3 and keep any bonus shield slot hidden until it is actually earned.

It’s great to hear that the Daily Field, missions, stats, and unlocks made you want to try another run. Thanks for the detailed playtest!

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for honest feedback on CANCEL IT!, a free dark comedy puzzle game about escaping deliberately confusing fictional subscription services.

Play here:

https://soilair.itch.io/cancel-it

The game runs directly in the browser. No download is required.

The current alpha contains seven different cancellation cases involving:

• Misleading menu navigation

• Call-center memory sequences

• Hidden-fee calculations

• Storage optimization

• Precise cancellation requests

• Contradictory record comparison

• An adaptive AI final confrontation

C.A.N.C.E.L., the artificial antagonist, profiles the mistakes you make during the current run and changes its final defense accordingly.

A complete run usually takes around 8–15 minutes. Hard mode is recommended.

I would especially appreciate feedback on:

1. Were the puzzle instructions clear?

2. Did any puzzle feel unfair or confusing?

3. Which section was the strongest?

4. Which section was the weakest or most repetitive?

5. Was the adaptive C.A.N.C.E.L. finale understandable?

6. Did you encounter any technical or mobile layout problems?

7. Would you play a larger version with more subscription services?

English is the default language, and Turkish is also available.

Honest criticism is very welcome. Thank you!

Hi! I accidentally selected “Other” in the Areas of Generative AI Use field for my CANCEL IT! submission, and I cannot edit the field after submitting.

The accurate categories are:

- Programming and debugging

- Writing and narrative

- Game design and systems

- Visual art and animation

- Music, sound and voice

- Translation and localization

- Testing and analysis

- Planning and production

“Other” should be unchecked.

Could a host please correct this field for me? Thank you!

Thank you, this is exactly the kind of feedback I needed.

Your first-run interpretation is especially useful. I’ll make the objective and the PULL/PUSH rules clearer during the opening moments, without requiring players to select the tutorial first.

I also agree that the current build becomes repetitive quickly. The next iteration will introduce new object behaviours and wave events while keeping the one-button controls simple.

Thanks for playing the tutorial and giving the game another try!

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for honest feedback on Magnet Flip, a fast one-button arcade game playable directly in the browser.

Play here:
https://soilair.itch.io/magnet-flip

No download is required. The game works on desktop and mobile. On mobile, please use landscape orientation.

Please play for around 3–5 minutes. I would especially like feedback on:

  1. Did you understand when to use PULL and PUSH without reading the full description?
  2. Did you want to play again after losing?
  3. What caused your first mistake?
  4. Was anything confusing, frustrating, boring, cropped, or broken?
  5. Which device and browser did you use?

The game currently supports English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.

This is an early playtest build, so honest criticism is very welcome. I’m also happy to test your game in return.

Thank you!
