I got a response from the creators on discord, they said they couldn't help and that contacting itch support (which I have also done and emailed them directly) is my best course of action.  If someone could please help me with this quickly I would appreciate it so much.

Hi, I was looking for information related to my current situation and found the above article:
Could an admin please check a specific business game for the creator FEYADA? I tried to buy a game from them but my card was declined, and the game was not added to my account. However, I was given a fraud alert from my bank that said I was charged $5, and the merchant name says THEJASPELITCHI, from Poland. I don't know if that matches up with FEYADA, since there is also a separate creator on itch called Thejaspel. As far as I can tell Thejaspel is from the US. Could someone please quickly help me out with all of this? I've tried contacting the FEYADA creator on their discord but I have been unsuccessful.
