Скажіть, а вигляд світу, ворогів та персонажів може бути хаотичним або сюрреалістичним?

Скільки має тривати гра?

Вот у мене є декілька питань:

1) Чи можна створювати ігри використовуючи сетінг та персонажів якоїсь гри, якщо автор орігіналу дає на це дозвіл?

2) Чи можна використовувати ШІ як створення концептів персонажів, локацій та тому подібне?

(я не використовую ШІ але стало цікаво щодо цього)

3) Чи можна створити гру лише з асетів яка надає двигун як до прикладу РПГ МЕКЕР'и?

4) А щодо расистський або інший незаконний вміст (згідно законодавства України), може бути щось по сюжету але не самою основою всього сюжету гри?
